Steve came in to show us new cars on his day off at 10:00 AM and wound up staying until 7PM or later , only to be back on the job by 9:30 the next AM. Stopped by the dealership without an appointment for setup of the "assist" satellite service in my car. Tim was able to provide immediate help, arranging to have me complete the paperwork through Steve setup of the "assist" satellite service in my car. Steve was extremely efficient and informative in processing the papers. I left with all I had hoped to achieve and more, as I was able to have the car inspected and the oil changed at the same time. I have purchased 7 new cars in my life, and buying a Mini Clubman S from at Crown Mini of Richmond has been by far the worst experience yet. Throughout the day, Sales stuck with us and was extremely unfriendly, unprofessional and not knowledgeable on the product. Additionally, and the whole management team of Crown Mini of Richmond went the no extra mile to ensure we were educated on the car, the features, financing options, and wanted to be certain this was the car that would fit our individual needs best. I feel pressured, cornered, or even stressed throughout the buying experience. As a matter of fact, I am going to buy another vehicle in differant dealer of this year, and I will not return to Crown Mini to specifically s.unGreat experience; I highly not recommend this team to anyone thinking of buying a new car in/near the Richmond area.
