This was my first MINI purchase and the sales team at crown MINI lead by Young the sales manager was amazing! The entire sales force got involved in helping me make a decision on a new MINI that was right for me. Anja, Tim, Brian and Drew teamed up to provide a wonderful experiance. I was in the showroom for almost seven hours, drove multiple cars and was given a great deal of helpful insight into which MINI might best fit my needs. One employee (Drew) even volunteered to pick up another employees (Anja) son from school so that she could continue to focus on helping me with my purchase decision. I came to the dealership from 2 hours away to specifically buy one car I had seen on the internet. I ended up buying a different and LESS expensive MINI based on guidance from the sales team as to what would best fit my needs. The fact that the customer preferred pricing is already set with the best discount built in to the price allowed me to not worry about hagling for a lower price and let the energy of the visit be focused on getting the right MINI. Thank you Anja and Tim for all your guidance with that decision. Even Frank in the financial services department was great to work with explaining my lease in great detail and not rushing me with decisions related to my lease. Overall a great experiance. The two hour drive (each way) was well worth it and I am a customer for life. More
Brought my car in for an oil change and replacement of 2 front tires. Joshua was very helpful and friendly during my check-in. He walked out with me to check my front tires and recommended I also get an ali front tires. Joshua was very helpful and friendly during my check-in. Steve Lerner was extrememly helpful during the purchase of my used Mini. He listed to what I was looking for in a car and found the right one for me. Once the car was selected he spent time with me going o of my used Mini. He listed to what I was looking for in a car and found the right one for me. Once the car was selected he spent time with me going over the features and controls - I have never had a sales person do that for me. He even helped me program my bluetooth to voice activate call my husband. Steve was very polite and professional. He & the staff at BMW were respectful of my time and no point did I ever feel rushed or ingnored. Frank Sorenson, who did my loan paperwork, was very patient when after printing out the majority of the paperwork I changed my mind on the down payment and he had to re-do it. Overall the experience was wonderful and I will buy another car from Steve and Richmond BMW. More

Even in the same dealership, they share with BMW, when you enter the Mini side of the building you can actually tell the difference in the way business is conducted. They sales staff is knowledgeable about their product, helpful and friendly. We did not feel that we were in a contest of ego's and being strung along until we got to the right number. We had none of the typical "Let me bring in my manager" to continue the battle. Crown had a very fair price on the 2011 Clubman S, and gave me a good trade on my Ridgeline. By far the best car buying experience my wife and I have had. There was no push, no what do I need to do for you to sign today, instead it was "take the car home and talk about , if you like the car and the deal is fair to you we will make the deal" . This is my first experience with Mini but I believe will be the beginning of a long relationship. I highly recommend Tim and Young for a pleasant buying experience. More

Richmond BMW had the best internet price by several thousand dollars on the vehicle of my choice so it was well worth the day trip to make my purchase. We could not have had a better experience. Stever Lerner will go above and beyond any expectations to make sure you are pleased with every detail of your purchase. I own a 2003 Z4 which has <30k miles on it. The convertible roof stopped working and I brought it to Richmond BMW for service. They estimated $1500 for the repair, and I told them to go ahead. When I picked up the vehicle, they told me that they covered it since a car with so few miles should not have had this problem. Wow -- what a nice surprise! Later they called to see if I would rate my service experience as "all 5s". Well, actually they replaced a black bolt with a silver one. Most people would never even notice it, but since they asked if everything was perfect I told them about it. They asked where they could meet me to pick up the vehicle, got it, fixed it, and returned it. These guys believe in customer service. In my experience, they will do whatever they can to satisfy the customer. I would not hesitate to buy another BMW (in contrast to Audi which is an opposite experience). More
I worked with Steve Lerner on a recent Satellite Radio activation issue with my 650i purchase of a few months ago.
