I will have to say that buying our first Mini was a blast. We were looking for a used car and just happened to stop in Crown Mini to see what it was all about. I dread going to look at vehicles but not this time. I told Young Choe (Sales Manager) that my husband and I may have been at the dealership for 3 hours but it only felt like 30 minutes. Everyone we spoke with made us feel welcome, like family. I actually had fun making the purchase. Frank Sorensen (Finance Manager) finished the buying experience by making sure that the DMV paperwork was taken care of correctly and we understood all of our warranty options. We enjoyed the experience so much we went back 2 days later and bought a new Mini Countryman. Once again a great experience. I would definitely recommend that if you are looking for a great buying experience that you go to Crown Mini, you will not be disappointed.
