My husband & I drove 100+ miles to look at a used Volvo; when we arrived, it was out front all ready for us. We were greeted by everyone. He had called us during our trip to Richmond to confirm that the car was available and ready for us to test drive, and then after the sale the next day to make certain we were happy. Everyone else at the dealership was very helpful and friendly. My only suggestion would be for management; we had to wait around more than I had expected to. We were introduced to so many people, I wasn't sure who was supposed to be helping us to do what. Perhaps handing out a business card at the time of the introduction would be more helpful, and at that time describe, "I will be helping you to fill out paperwork in 20 minutes", rather than "Wait here in the waiting room, and someone will come and get you". On the other hand, another sales person saw we were waiting and went out to get us some attention, as did a manager, and I was pleased about that! Overall, good experience! After our purchase, we took the car to our local dealership in VaBeach; we were told we got a good bargin for a very nice car. More
