I had the unfortunate experience of buying a car here this January into February 2025. My salesman was useless and practically impossible to get a hold of, often sending my calls to voicemail and ignorin this January into February 2025. My salesman was useless and practically impossible to get a hold of, often sending my calls to voicemail and ignoring texts. I ended up just calling and asking for the sales manager to deal with my issues. The finance person I dealt with was condescending and became upset when I declined this offer to purchase any extra insurance or maintenance packages. I am a repeat and loyal BMW buyer. I only used this dealer to purchase the car because they had the one I wanted. I have always had great experiences with other BMW dealerships. There are tons of other dealers to choose from. Recommend avoiding this one. More
