After test driving a 4 series I was sold. James, Bobby, and I discussed my options such as ordering or waiting until the Spring when they expected some to be on the lot. I got an email from Bobby first thing Monday morning and without having to travel to the dealer the vehicle was delivered to Richmond and ready for me to take ownership Friday of the same week! WOW!!! Not only did Richmond BMW meet the price and discounts offered by the dealer in MD, they went out of the way to make this experience the best vehicle purchase I have ever made. Aaron is an amazing finance guy. He was so personable I felt like I'd known him longer than the 20-minutes prior to my arrival. Peter helped me get Sirius up and running...after they hung up on us and we had to call back. Bobby had everything in order and I was just totally blown away by the entire experience. This was the first time ever when buying a new car I didn't feel like I was with a group of vultures. Josh is a treasure. He got back to me immediately on all my questions. He offered me a better deal that another BMW dealership and was very pleasant. I really bought the car from this dealership because of Josh. Joe guaranteed me a good interest rate for financing, even if I waited until Jan. 2 to purchase so I wouldn't have to pay the personal property tax in 2014. But the dealership got a coupon from BMW that was more than the 2014 tax, and they gave it to me, so I was able to get the car early and come out ahead since the discount with the coupon was more than the tax. It was a win-win for the dealership and me, and I felt they were looking out for me. Aaron was great to work with. I bought extra coverage and felt I was doing what was in my best interest instead of feeling like he was trying to squeeze every last dollar out of me. This is a great dealership and I'd recommend them to anyone. More
