Call them and nope don’t have you in our system at all. Call the dealership 5 different times to say that club plus doesn’t have my information and they need it. I have gotten the response “someone will reach out to you about this” and nothing for days and would have to call again. Just called club plus again because I got tired of waiting and still nothing!!! Now it’s to the point my windshield may not be covered because it is getting bigger and I CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE OF THE DEALERSHIP NOT CARING ONCE THEY SELL YOU A CAR. More

Took my truck for a new transmission, transfer case, and drive shaft. upon picking up my truck and drove it for less than a week parts fell off my truck. contacted the service department, send pictures and drive shaft. upon picking up my truck and drove it for less than a week parts fell off my truck. contacted the service department, send pictures and receipt of new parts and there has been no resolution. My experience with Richardson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is sadly summed up in three simple words: • Dishonest • Disappointing • Disengaged On Sunday, 5/1 a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sport (4 door, hard top, 134, sadly summed up in three simple words: • Dishonest • Disappointing • Disengaged On Sunday, 5/1 a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sport (4 door, hard top, 134, 537 miles) was posted on Richardson CJDR’s website for $16499 (and on other affiliate sites as well). I scheduled an appointment to see the vehicle at 9 AM on Monday. Upon arrival they were not ready for my visit. Once the sales manager, “S” found the keys we test drove the Jeep. I understand it had just come into inventory, but I have never seen a dirtier vehicle inside and out. During the drive I explained that my husband would want to see the Jeep as well but had a conflict the rest of the day. I offered to leave a deposit, but “S” assured me that was not necessary and that my husband could test drive the Jeep the following day, so we set an appointment for 10 AM Tuesday. Before leaving I asked “S” if the price listed was the final price. He said yes, although it had not yet been through a service check and if there were issues identified that could impact the price, but as is that day the price was $16499. Monday night I received a text that “S” would not be at the dealership the following day after all and that we should probably just wait until Wednesday. We wanted to move forward and were told that his colleague “J” could show my husband the car on Tuesday at 10 AM. Upon arrival, “J” was not available for 15 minutes and when available was not prepared for the visit (nor was he expecting it). It was clear “J” did not want to be involved and was quick to defer all questions. When the Jeep was finally pulled around to be test driven, my husband thought it was a different vehicle. In 24 hours, they had removed the hard top and replaced it with a soft top that had several tears (see images). My husband asked that the hard top be replaced and that a resolution be provided. In the meantime, I left messages for both “S” and the GM, “J”. “S” finally replied on Wednesday midday, but I never heard from the GM or sales associate colleague. On Wednesday afternoon “S” left a lengthy voicemail stating the Jeep had finally been through service and multiple issues were identified totaling $2800. One would think that that amount would be added to the original list price for a new total of $19300. Apparently, that is not how it works at Richardson CJDR as the price was going to be closer to $23K. “S” even sent over an image of what “they had in it”, however it was for a different Jeep (2013 with fewer miles). What we anticipated to be a smooth, easy buying process (we were paying cash) for a Jeep for our son turned out to be incredibly time-consuming, frustrating, and disappointing. Buyer beware. More
Less than 3 hours from walking in the dealership to leaving with a new Jeep. They were very flexible about getting all the documents signed and finalized. Price was below my initial number so it was a leaving with a new Jeep. They were very flexible about getting all the documents signed and finalized. How does this place have such good reviews? My buying experience was a terrible time-waste. Go anywhere else unless you want to over pay and pre-pay for your service. My son and I attempted to purc experience was a terrible time-waste. Go anywhere else unless you want to over pay and pre-pay for your service. My son and I attempted to purchase a 2021 Wrangler Sport from Richardson Jeep Chrysler Dodge in Richardson TX. On their website, the particular vehicle was listed for $33,245. When I attempted to purchase the vehicle, I was informed that the only way I could get that price is also purchase The Jeep Wave warranty and also finance the vehicle. I did not want to do either. I just wanted to pay the advertised price in cash (plus TTL and whatever is customary). I then offered to buy some additional wheels, tires and running boards for an $2700 to help give them a different revenue stream. The dealership would still not honor the advertised price of $33,245. Is this how Jeep does business? With a bait-and-switch? I understand that dealer-based financing and warranties are revenue streams but to flat out not honor and advertised price? After our meeting it was taken down and then changed to $1000 more.
