I came to this dealership with my financing already approved and knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted. Instead of a straightforward sales process, I was met with delay tactics and pressure to use their banks for financing. Two different employees gave me excuses — saying the advertised price might only apply with their financing, or that it could take 3 weeks for my bank to send a check — rather than simply helping me purchase the vehicle. At no point did anyone just say, “Yes, come on in.” This is not how a dealership that values customers should operate. If you already have your financing in order, be aware that they will push hard for you to use their lenders instead. I would advise caution before doing business here.
