I purchased a vehicle back in May of 2022 and came September I went in for my oil change and tire rotation as well replace the engine filter as recommended. When I purchased the vehicle I also purchased two additional coverages through MPP. Well I get told that my policies were canceled and I needed to pay out of pocket. I tried to get it resolved with my dealer but no luck getting ahold of anyone. So I called MPP, they investigate and tell me my dealership cancelled my policies and requested reimbursement to use towards someone else’s car. So I pay $235.72. Well short story I get told after a month that I will only be reimbursed $70 bucks because that’s what they pay MPP. This was three weeks ago 11/7/22, today is 11/27/22 and no check yet. I love my Jeep, but I will never do business with this dealership and I will never recommend them to anyone. If you find a good deal, great but steer away from having to deal with them. They do not take ownership on their mistakes! More

Love my 2022 Laramie and I definitely picked the right dealer, proved it again 5 months later. He even showed me I had oil change credits still left that I hadn't noticed. Really a great team. Went to the dealership to purchase a 2022 Dodge Charger Scat Pack. It was advertised on their website and on auto trader for $48215 minus a $1000 rebate. I went in there to buy the car for the advertised p Scat Pack. It was advertised on their website and on auto trader for $48215 minus a $1000 rebate. I went in there to buy the car for the advertised price. I had a trade in which they offered less than other dealerships but I was ok with the Trade. When they brought back the numbers to purchase the car there were three things wrong. First was the fact that they raised the price of the advertised amount by $5000 do to demand of the vehicle, I was not ok with this at all. Second they tried to say that you have to buy there warranty for 1600 that includes dent coverage, paint perfection, key replacement etc. Third was the fact that they were charging $1200 for window tint, door guards and wheel locks. The car had just got off the transport truck and had none of these items added. There were no disclosures on the vehicle or on their website about these upcharges. It was a complete waste of time a car that was listed for 47215 with the rebate and was now $55,000. They negotiated a little bit off there price but refused to honor the pricing as advertised without these items. I will be reporting them to the Director of The Enforcement Division For The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles. What they are doing is illegal you can't advertise a car online and in person and then come up with additional charges that are not part of the price. Also they refused to let me use my own bank for financing. Having been in the car business what they are doing is unethical and illegal. More
