The rest of the team, from the GM and service, Horrible experience after purchasing our 2025 electric Dodge Charger from Richardson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. The vehicle started having serious electrical and safety-related issues within less than a year, including the car shutting down unexpectedly, warning lights coming on, and windshield wipers activating on their own, nonstop. We brought the vehicle in multiple times, and the problems were still not fixed. We were even told the car was repaired and ready for pickup, only to drive an hour there and find out it was still not fixed. We later received an official recall notice from FCA US LLC regarding safety issues with this vehicle, yet the dealership still showed no urgency to help us. The most disappointing part was the lack of communication and customer care from management. We called, texted, and left multiple messages for General Manager Danny Easton and never received a proper follow-up after he personally promised he would call us back. Thankfully, Grapevine Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram stepped in and helped us immediately with a loaner vehicle and support. That alone showed us the difference in customer service. Very disappointed with Richardson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and how they handled serious safety concerns after the sale. I will never buy from them again. I personally do not recommend them. Alex should go work with a better dealer; Alex Martin is the only reason they got a 5-star. More
