Bought a car I went down to Catena to buy a car. The finance group was the most helpful. They showed me the cars I was interested in. They even arranged test drive I went down to Catena to buy a car. All they cared about was the sale. I left the dealership with one key for my car and had to chase them down only to get told there was only one key. I found paper work in the car stating there where two keys but they deny it exist. Very disappointed. More

I'm glad my son checked the internet ! On Christmas Eve one of our family vehicles was "Totaled" no injuries thank goodness. Being 2hrs away I called expecting maybe the car to have been sold etc. When I called I spoke to Vinny, he gave me the details and I told him I would be up the next day to meet. I was somewhat skeptical about the long drive and the condition the car might be in. Boy, was I wrong ! It was everything and more than Vinny told me. The car was in pristine condition, as were the other vehicles. This one was just what we were looking for. Vinny answered any questions and explained all facets of the sale. What a smooth process!
