no BS, great price, knowledgeable and accomodating staff I really wanted a CL63 AMG Mercedes and I had found a 2009 model which also had a very good CARFAX at another dealership , hwvr the people at that pre I really wanted a CL63 AMG Mercedes and I had found a 2009 model which also had a very good CARFAX at another dealership , hwvr the people at that previous dealership left a lot to be desired. Aside from my unimpressed feeling, when I decided I wanted the CL63AMG, these guys then told me there would be an additional $1800 fee. I went back online and found a 2010 CL550 Mercedes at RCatena. I felt very comfortable at RCatena (And no additional fees, BTW!), it looks like a first class operation and Peter was great, so I went with the CL550, not as sporty as the CL63 AMG, but a top class machine and it has a sport suspension & engine switch, so I can still accelerate away. I am very happy with my decision and I will definitely look to Peter at RCatena soon because the only downside is there are so many amazing machines, you will keep buying! More

Even though I live in MA I'm very happy with my purchase I titled my review "even though I live in MA" because this *sarcasm on* wonderful *sarcasm off* state does not allow temp plates. The guys worked with me and I was able to get the car home although I could not drive it until all the paper work had gone to the RMV then back to the dealer then to me. To add to the confusion my insurance company had never encountered this situation before so there were delays on that end as well. Tony and Vinny managed to work through the delays and were patient with my daily inquiries as to the progress of the paperwork. Start to finish it took two weeks, "not there fault" having to move paper work from one location to another. I'm happy with my purchase and have no complaints. So MA people heads up! Any other state lucky you,,you can drive your new vehicle while you wait for the paperwork. Thanks again guys! More
