They were amazing, allowed me to take my time and even though, they weren't able to negoitate the prices, they still gave me a fair deal! I even left with a BMW 535 and a day later came back for the Mercedes CLS 550 instead. Even though there was a substantial price difference working in their favor, they weren't obligated to allow me to do the switch and they did anyway! I was very happy with my overall experience!
