Horrible experience This is the second time I've visited the dealership in Teterboro, first time, the sales person was not helpful at all, and did not provide de right in This is the second time I've visited the dealership in Teterboro, first time, the sales person was not helpful at all, and did not provide de right information about the cars I was looking at, since my visit was a waste of time I didn't even bother remembering the name of the guy!, second time around I see a car listed for a very good price. I gave the person in the phone the stock number he checked it with me and said the car had just been bought the day before the he was going to call me the next day to let me know that the car was ready so I could schedule an appointment to go see it, this time I did get the name of the person in hopes to see if it was not the same guy I had to deal with the last time, once I got there he shows me a different car, not the one I had called for, not only was the car not ready. the price was not the same, I had a screen shot of what I was looking at, and he rudely said "it is what it is, i can't help you" no reasoning, no explanation about the false advertisement I had just experienced. If I ever see another car that I might like and it's listed on any ray catena dealer, I will just not waste my time! More
