Reynolds Ford Vehicle Service I received first class service from the moment I called to schedule service. Initially when I called I asked for a quote on my service, which they ga I received first class service from the moment I called to schedule service. Initially when I called I asked for a quote on my service, which they gave me. I took my car in on the day scheduled and the service I was to receive became a little more complicated. Before they did anything on the extra's that were discovered they gave me a call and let me know what they had found. I felt good that they gave me the call so that I could give them the OK to continue. When I picked up car I asked the service rep if I could see the part and with no hesitation He said, "Yes". I looked at this dirty part that was brought out to me and I could see why it went bad. As I was paying I signed up for Ford owner rewards. Made me feel good to receive benefits from Ford that I can apply to my next visit or parts that I may need. I heard that Ford may be doing away with this award program. I'm sorry to hear that this may happen, I feel that the Awards program should be continued. It is a real incentive for customers like myself. More

Reynolds is about Customer Service! They found exactly what I wanted, had it brought in and ready to drive the next day. I only finance with Ford through them to qualify for factory rebates, so this took away from the overall experience a little bit. Overall I would definitely recommend dealing with Reynolds. I had dealt with two other dealers trying to buy this car and both experiences were terrible, with one being downright absurd. Here is what made all the difference in the world and why I will specifically go to Reynolds first for my next car purchase. They DID NOT treat me as though I was stupid until I proved them otherwise. They did not bank on the idea they could just do or say anything it took to get me to sign. They did not act like they were doing ME the favor. They were open, up front, did not waste my time, and most importantly, they treated me like a customer should be treated.
