Work done perfectly, happy employees. Very thorough. I am the second owner of a 2011 F-150 with power train issues -- shifting from 3,2,1 was sometimes jerky. There was also a clanking noise coming from the rear end upon take off. The seat belt latch on the right rear seat was reversed or backwards on the seat belt. 45,000 miles on the truck. Reynolds Ford service Advisor Kevin Zabloudil wrote up the order and had everything taken care of. He was very courteous, and professional. Now that my truck has been fixed by the professionals and runs like new, I am extremely satisfied. Will do business with them in the future for sure. This is the first Ford I have had in a long time, and I love it. My most previous cars were: Toyota Tundra, and a Lexus GX-470. More

Oil change too expensive Had my wife take my pickup in yesterday to get the oil changed. It cost us $66.56 for an oil change and tire rotation.
