I decided to start at Reydel and figured i would have to go to 6 other dealerships befor i could get something close to what i wanted. Well, that wasn't the case at all. My salesperson was Steve Prestup. He was totally professional, upbeat, funny and was more focused on providing excellent customer service that selling a car. I would have no problem buying another car from Steve and his team at Reydel. The team was also focused on custoemr service which was nice. Not to mention, i got the deal i wanted without having to go to 6 other dealerships. More

Excellent! Definitely shop there. The whole experience was excellent. I contacted six VW dealers with emails about new Passats for best prices on a TDI SE with moon roof. Only Bill Kra The whole experience was excellent. I contacted six VW dealers with emails about new Passats for best prices on a TDI SE with moon roof. Only Bill Krause of Reydel responded with a specific price and it was very competitive. The other 5 dealers played games and tried to sell me a car like it was the 1970s. Then Bill stuck with me when I changed my mind and decided to shop used CCs. Bill turned me over to Salesman Dario Santangelo and we test drove 5 CCs over 3 hours including a new one just so I could have a basis of comparison. Dario was a joy to work with...patient, knowledgable and when he didn't know something he found someone who did. I was impressed by his honesty and maturity. Bottom line...Bill and Dario did a great job and are the reason I bought there. You might also want to know that it was another Reydel customer telling me about their experience buying that made me even look at Reydel because they are not the closest dealer to me.. They bought from Reydel about 3 years ago and they still rave about how easy it was. My experience was the same. More
