I purchased a certified Pre-Owned Tiguan at Reydel in Edison. My experience there was amazing. Once I entered the dealership, I was place with a salesperson in minutes. I then negotiated a fair price with the sales manager and once we both were happy with the deal I was driving my car home in the afternoon. They were not at all pushy and gentlemen of the finest order. I love the fact that the check engine light went on in the firs few days of ownership and they offered me a loaner once stopping by the dealership for service. A loaner on a pre-owned!! They said yes and we were able to come in about an hour later for a test drive with Gene. Everything was good, and the car was a great deal so we discussed details and the financial manager (Josh) was able to offer us even lower financing than our credit union since the vehicle was certified preowned. He also offered a maintenance package that made a lot of sense for us. The vehicle, experience and people were all great and the entire thing took under 4 hours which is what I would expect from buying a car. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a VW!
