I fell in love with the kia sorento. My wife and I went into a Kia dealership in our are. After a half hour someone finally helped us. I let it be known that we were buyers. My fiancee and I were up in NY visiting my parents, and I needed a new car. My fiancee had recently leased a Kia from our local spot in Virginia, but I was going to use my dad's old car as a trade in, and it needed a new car. I was very worried about getting a car in New York and having to register it in Virginia, but they took care of all of that and couldn't have made it any easier. But beyond that, we worked with George Routsos, who you can see from this website has great reviews. And I can tell you that they are all spot on. He was fantastic to work with! I went in wanting an Optima, but was willing to settle on a Forte if the price wasn't right. He was able to work with me though to find multiple places to save money, and very shortly after walking in, I walked out with my Optima at the price I wanted! He kept the process so smooth and fast, I was amazed. There were no gimmicks or anything, he was perfectly honest with us, sharing his own stories of how he can relate to us, and overall made it a very pleasant experience. And then to top it all off, he promised that if we have any problems with the car, even in Virginia, to call his cell at any hour and he'll make sure we get the service we deserve. And while you think that might just be a gimmick, a few days later he texted me to make sure we got back to Virginia safely and that there were no problems with the car! It was just an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. More
After having my Nitro for only a short 2 years, it was time to part with it because of the accessive amount of money I was spending on gas. He went over every single detail and never once tried to rush me or push me. His patience and knowledge was such a relief after a history of dealing with pushy, and rude salesman. After going for a test drive, I absolutely knew I loved the Sportage EX. George was an AMAZING guy to deal with and I cannot thank him enough for all his help. Let me begin by saying he made us feel extremely comfortable. Our guard was down after minutes, as we saw that his agenda was not to make a deal as quickly as possible. He truly tried to understand our needs, and took the time to explain EVERYTHING. This was our first time buying and financing a car, so we had so many questions and were undecided on choosing the base model of the SOUL or choosing the SOUL Plus. We essentially nit-picked everything that was said to us, afraid that we would get fooled, as we have by other car salesmen. He was extremely patient, and very honest, and not once did he try to get things to move faster than we wanted. He gave us the lead, and guided us through it all. I really cannot say enough about how great he was - he truly is an asset to Revolution KIA. If you are looking to purchase a new car, skip everyone else and go straight to George. I called the dealership and spoke to Sydney. I was told that the car was there and available. I proceeded to say that I was Rey interested but that I wanted to get pre approved so that I wouldn't make the hour and a half drive from Brooklyn for no reason. After filling out the application, they called me back and said that I was approved, but they were prohibited by law to disclose the interest rate over the phone. That seemed strange but I decided to give Debbie the benefit of the doubt and drive in. I drive the hour and a half only to find out that they don't honor their prices. First, They try to up sell me to a new model. Second, the salesman tells me that the car isn't certified and that it would be an additional cost to certify it. After telling him that it says its listed as certified, he proceeds to tell me that there are other fees that will need to be paid and that it's going to cost more then the prices listed on their website. Seeing the "juicing" or "increasing" that they were trying to pull I decided to leave and just chalk it up to a learning experience. Don't be fooled by these guys. They will try to lure you in and then raise the price on you. I never leave reviews; positive or negative, but I figured they deserve it since they feel that my time isn't worth anything. Btw, I called another dealer and they were very happy to run my credit and give all the rate infomation over the phone. I'm pretty sure they lied about it not being legal to disclose over the phone. How do all the online banks that offer auto loans do it? I guess you need to go there after you apply online. What a joke!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY!!! More
I have to say that this was my first new car I have ever bought. George Routsos the car dealer there was just fantastic with me. He explained everything to me so well. George even gave me his cell number and said if I had any problems that he would be there for me. I feel so happy and satisfied with the deal I got, but most of all I spoke and was treated by someone who had my best interest at heart. When it is time for my son to get a new car I am gonna take him to George Routsos because I feel I am in GOOD HANDS. I hope that everyone out there can have the great experience I had today in buying my first brand new car. I love my SOUL Kia and I thank you George for heading me in the right direction. Met with George Routsos. At first I was going to KIA to just look around and see what they have to offer and was only browsing for a new car. George took us (me and my wife) for a test drive in the KIA Sorento while being very patient and answering all of our questions about the vehicle we ended up driving for an extended period of time and I felt very comfortable in the car, the quality of the car, as well as the NON-PRESSURED salesmanship. After the test drive and a bunch more questions, we decided up on buying not only 1 car, but 2 cars. We liked the car, the dealership and especially our sales person so much that we bought 2 cars that were exactly identical except for the color (the price was also reasonable for the cars we purchased). George also put in the extra time to stay late on a “Saturday” to be sure that we got the car that same day. Plus was very patient in going over all the features of the car in such great detail that when I drove off the lot I was an expert on my car before I even pulled into my drive way. It’s a great feeling to have such confidence in a company, and the customer experience. I would highly recommend checking out KIA Revolutions and talk to George Routsos for your future car. More

After several long weeks of window shopping, I finally have my much coveted Kia Soul in Shadow! In my quest to save a few hundred bucks off a dirt-cheap vehicle, I visited every Kia dealer in a 100 mile r have my much coveted Kia Soul in Shadow! In my quest to save a few hundred bucks off a dirt-cheap vehicle, I visited every Kia dealer in a 100 mile range. Revolution Kia was the standout. There is no boiler room feel like many of the others, and no shenanigans with pricing like at the local dealership I will call Smorthtown Kia for the purposes of this review, where they tried to get me to pay $200 so they could take my credit application. or at Schmeagle, where they wanted a $1500 "dealer fee." Financing a new car with bad credit after a divorce is no fun, but Revolution Kia treated me no differently than a prime purchaser, didn't make me feel bad about all the extra hoops they had to jump through to get me not just a loan but a favorable one, and instead of "you get what you get and you don't get upset," George drove all the way out to a far off dealership to obtain the car I wanted with a manual transmission. No complaint. He just happened to mention he'd driven it, and it was fun to drive. George made a remark about rolling out the red carpet but they really did- I had a cosigner, and paperwork took a long time to do on their end- read: I made a lot of work for them. Again, no complaints. They got me in the car same day, with minimal input and a pleasing, calm dealership to chill at while they did all the work. "Can I get you a coffee or tea or soda?" Comfortable, quiet dealership. Professional. And at the end of it, George walked my mom and me to my first brand-new car- and he'd managed to get me the one I wanted at a reasonable price, and it was shiny and clean and awesome. He could have skated off there, but we took a picture- which he does for all customers. Then he sat in with me and showed me all the features. Now I have the EXACT car I want thanks to George, a payment I can afford due to their credit wizards, they all-inned my insurance for me, cheaper than had I gotten it alone, and as I drove off, George reminded me 12 times to keep in touch, "we're always here for you." This is definitely unlike any other car buying experience. I think George is part car salesman, part therapist, part spa worker. I really hope I always love my Kia as much as I do now, because I definitely want to go back for my next car! More
