Two years ago I bought a used 2006 Kia Sportage from out of state. I fell in love with the car immediately for its ease of handling and took it to Revolution KIA in Lindenhurst, NY to have it checked out. of state. The Service Crew was so fantastic that when my husband needed a new car after Super Storm Sandy, we went to the KIA Showroom in Lindenhurst, NY and bought him a beautiful red SOUL. Every experience we had with the salesman, and since then, the maintenance on both cars - has been PHENOMENAL. Today I picked up my Sportage after a routine service appointment. I cannot say enough good things about the Service Advisor, Joe and his pleasant personality; he is so accommodating! The work was thorough, my every question addressed and I felt very confident leaving the shop, knowing the car was in perfect condition. It was a wonderful surprise to learn of the customer loyalty program which provided me a free car wash. I was thrilled with the excellent job CHRIS did in cleaning off all the road salt and then giving the car an extra shine...it glistened like new!!! Even the inside was vacuumed out...I never expected such wonderful extra service. I can honestly say I would never buy a car or have maintenance done by any other group than the good guys at Revolution KIA. Initially I was told what I wanted hear but I advised that I did not want to be pushed into any decisions. I was told yes we will just talk, then I was told they could not get me a quote without running that I did not want to be pushed into any decisions. I was told yes we will just talk, then I was told they could not get me a quote without running my credit and then they made really decent offers without disclosing information that would be important when signing and exchanging money. I was not treated like a customer but a quota; they moved so quickly and pushed so hard even frowny faces and begging were tactics used. Thomas Jones told me to give him the highest score possible on the survey because that is how he makes his money. I ended up settling for a 4 cylinder car paying more than what I would have paid for the 1st car of my choice, yes shame on me but double shame on Ray Alam and Thomas Jones for their manipulation. I walked out with 1 key fabb with a promise from them, in order to continue with the deal, that I would have the other the following day but instead I received a call that the key within the faab I had was defective and they sent someone to pick it up and left me with just the 1 faab and no explanation for the one I was supposed to have received by then. I was uncomfortable, I was feeling paranoid because I distrusted them, I feel used and bullied - AND - they took soooo long. They took the plates off of the vehicle I came in so that it was difficult for me to just leave. When I asked for my money back and to put the plates back on the car I arrived in they stalled, made faces, argued with me and again promised that the process was almost completed - BUT IT WAS NOT. Thomas Jones said to me that he came in on his day off to help me when in fact I asked him to wait several time because I have not made up my mind, he worked on his day off because he was trying to close this deal. I have never experienced this treatment from a dealership before and will never again - I wish this deal could be undone. This was by far the worst car dealership sales experience I have ever had. I am not happy with their service, the deal itself and I've learned that 4 cylinder cars are bad for highway driving. More
Scott Yeager could not have been nicer. He did not push us into a sale. Rather he informed us on the benefits of the Optima that would suit our needs. Through the entire sales process, I felt Scott was on our side - not just trying to make a sale. He too has children that drive, and it seemed he totally understood my concerns for my daughter. I had a problem with my new Kia Rio, so I went to Karp Kia to get it fixed, it was still under the warranty. They told me it would take weeks for the part to one in. A month later I called, they had me waiting on the phone 15 min. Before they decided to call me back. They never did. A month later I called again, same run around. Then I went to REVOLUTION Kia, the told me 1week for the parts to come in. Low & behold.......5 days later I got a card in the mail, my parts were in, could I call to make an appointment . It too 90 min. To install, I sat & watched tv, both times I met the nicest people in the waiting room. Poof! It was done . The people that work there are very nice, the girl behind the counter is so sweet, I wish I had gotten her name. I found the experience quite enjoyable. That is not a word I would have thought was possible to use for getting work done on your car! Thank you ! More

They based 395.00 monthly payment on 8.9 interest rate. They said it was too late that day to run my wife's credit. This was peter the manager who came off as the finance guy. He supposedly crunched numbers and blah blah lies. when they ran my wife's credit the next morning ,her credit was good thus lowering the interest rate to 5.25. They Never told me or my wife the interest rate was 5.25 and still charged her 395.00 at the (8.9) interest rate instead of a lower monthly payment which should be 345.00.they pocketed the extra 45-50.00 dollars a month for he next six years. They took money away from my family which includes a two year old. The show room in the kia revolution in lindenhurst new york is ghetto. The chairs in the show room were missing the arms. There were ants crawling all over the coffee station . The parking lot was tight with some of the cars parked in alleys or behind dumpsters.3 salesmen hanging outside smoking. My wife didn't want to get out of the car at first.the sales man was new so we were there two days in a row for four hours. They are thieves. Never again . Do not go to Kia revolution in lindenhurst or copiage new york. Garbage. I will never deal with such unscrupulous pieces of crap at kia ever. Hope the three thousand you stole was worth it. You lost my families business for good. Trash!! More
The custmer service was GREAT! He was GREAT and gave us the BEST deal, easy to work with and made sure we were happy in every aspect of the word and that goes a long way for sure.
