WOW! We couldn't believe it! When it comes time to get a new vehicle, we highly recommend going to Revolution Kia. We never felt the usual pressure you get the minute you walk on to some car lots where the salespeople pounce on you like a cat. We were asked very professionally if they could help us, and once we got to talk to a sales guy (at our convenience), we found a man that treated us like family right from the first word. This man (Scott Yaeger) was awesome! he was very professional, helped us realize what we could and could not do, treated us like we are his best friends. We even had to re-group for a month for financial reasons, but when we came back, he didn't miss a beat. We have never been treated this great during a car buying experience in 30 years of buying a car, and that includes dealers I used to work for. And it wasn't just him, The finance guy, Rich was just as wonderful. We Highly, Highly, Highly recommend buying a car from these people. A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++experience. We got the car we wanted for the price we wanted to pay, and didn't feel beaten down like at other dealers. We're inviting Scott to the next family reunion! We love this guy! More

Review I recently just purchased my first car from Kia. Everyone there was so nice. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. Thomas Jones helped me out. He had great customer service and went over everything and they were really great and reasonable. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and they even have me a dealer car to borrow! Went to see their used cars, ended up buying new Thomas Jones is an excellent salesman and really tries to work with your particular wants and circumstances! While I still support the above-average efforts Tom went through, and am impressed by his knowledge and customer efforts, I'm upset by the finance dept that blamed my credit standing for higher than anticipated payments, but didn't mention at the time that the car sale price being applied was over $3,000 over the sticker price. Horrible! Never bringing my car back here for service again! They lost my trust.I brought my car in for service yesterday mainly for the oil change but also req Never bringing my car back here for service again! They lost my trust.I brought my car in for service yesterday mainly for the oil change but also requested a tire rotation which I do every 6,000 miles. So after waiting an hour and a half I paid and went out to my car and noticed that the tires weren't rotated (I have distinguishing marks on each so I know it was never done) so I went back In and explained the problem and just asked for a refund for the service that wasn't performed because I didn't have the time or patience to wait anymore. But What bothered me the most is that if I didn't know any better I would have paid for a service that was never done. So how can I trust them to change my coolant or transmission fluid or and other expensive service when my car hits 30k miles next oil change if they can't even do something as simple as rotating the tires without messing up?! I didn't know if it was a mistake, negligence, carelessness or inexperience but my questions were soon answered when I brought my car to Mavis for tire service about 3 hours later and the guy showed me that my rear brakes were so worn out that it was metal on metal contact with the rotors and my rotors were damaged and there was no pads left. So much for the free "multi-point inspection" that was on my invoice and they claim to do. How can you miss something so crucial?! They also lost on that because I would have paid them to fix it. I've done all my service there so far but I'm never bringing my car back ever again. I'll spend my money on a real mechanic that takes pride in their work and actually does the work I'm paying for. The service was a disgrace, I was very unhappy and they lost a customer. There is no excuse nor explanation for this xxxx poor service! It's an embarrassment. More
