Zack was awesome. he showed me the optima but it was just too expensive for me because im still in college and i just couldnt afford it. since the optima was too much for me i decided to look at the forte instead. since zack knew i was in college he worked to get me the best deal possible and after some negotiating we worked out an affordable deal. i now drive a 2015 kia forte that i leased for 3 years. Zack was professional, cool, cooperative, and did his absolute best to help me out the entire time. i did not have any trouble the whole time i was here. thanks to zacks awesome service i will definitely be back when my lease is up and im done with school so i can hopefully afford an optima. all in all great experience. The service experience brought me back when looking to purchase a new car. I first spoke with Scott Yeager on the phone and it was a very helpful conversation. I went into the dealership the next day and spoke to Scott face to face and there was never any hard sales pitch. He listened to what I was interested in and spent over an hour with me, told me to take my time and he will be there when I was ready. Went in two days later and ended up purchasing a new 2015 Kia Soul Exclaim and traded in my 2012 Exclaim. Scott was attentive, listened and very helpful. there were no games, found me the car I was looking for that day agreed to bottom line price in less then 10 minutes and I put down a deposit. Picked up the car the next day and again Scott was excellent in dealing with me and taking the time to make sure everything was ready for the delivery.
