Single mother of 3 boys I purchased a vehicle today from Kia revolution. Salesman Albert was exceptional! He showed me exactly the cars that I was interested in and didn't ma I purchased a vehicle today from Kia revolution. Salesman Albert was exceptional! He showed me exactly the cars that I was interested in and didn't make me feel pressured. He knew I needed a reliable car that would fit in to my families needs and delivered that. Nice to find a service department that is professional It is nice to find a service department that has a friendly person greet you when you drive in, Michele Gerdon also has a professional outlook on her It is nice to find a service department that has a friendly person greet you when you drive in, Michele Gerdon also has a professional outlook on her job, she listens to what I am saying and seems to know her job well enough that she can offer options and suggestions to help with the service visit, I have been in other service departments where it seems you are doing them a favor by bringing your car in, a lot of them haven't mastered the art of listening to the person that operates the vechile on a daily basis, not so with Michele. More

Very disappointed and a total waste of my time! I went into Revolution Kia on Sunday, February 28th to look at the new 2016 Sorento. I received a mailing stating that Revolution Kia wanted my 2014 S I went into Revolution Kia on Sunday, February 28th to look at the new 2016 Sorento. I received a mailing stating that Revolution Kia wanted my 2014 Sorento and would give a high trade-in amount for it so I thought why not. I have a 2014 Sorento SXL that is a phenomenal vehicle so I wanted to see how the 2016 improved. I originally dealt with Scott Yaeger who is an excellent salesperson; however I did not see him on Sunday. I was approached by Lee (no last name told and no business card given). As soon as he approached, Lee looked totally disinterested and it really looked like he did not want to be there. I handed him the mailing and stated I was interested in the 2016 Sorento, and currently have a 2014 SXL. He immediately walks us over to a 2015 SXL leftover which is the exact same vehicle I have, just a different color. Lee starts going over all of the features, which mind you I already know since I told him in the beginning I have the exact same vehicle, just a 2014. I state for a second time I already have the exact same vehicle and it would make no sense just to go up one year for the exact same vehicle. I inquire about pricing on the Sorento and he takes the card I received in the mail into the manager's office to find out pricing. Mind you, I am standing the whole time, does not take us to sit down or even takes down any information about myself. Lee comes back and opens up the mailing to show the pricing of $129 a month, which I realize is for a base model. I show Lee the front of the card again stating how the dealership sent this to me in the mail and was interested possibly in purchasing my 2014 Sorento back. He asks when the lease is up. Again, Lee seems totally disinterested and walks back into the office. Lee comes out again to state that the lease price on a new Sorento would be higher than what I am currently paying. Does he tell me the amount I'd pay? No! So I simply take the card and leave the showroom. Lee doesn't even give us his business card if we may have any additional questions. This was a disappointing experience at Revolution Kia. I feel like the mailing I received was just a ploy to get me into the showroom. I am a past customer who had an excellent experience in the past. Now it really put a sour taste in my mouth. It amazes me though how disinterested Lee was to be working that day. Why be there if you will not show any enthusiasm?? I will continue driving my 2014 Sorento SXL until my lease is up. Will I return to Revolution Kia? I do not know since this experience was not good to say the very least. This really was a waste of my time for me to go to Revolution Kia. More

Amazing experience!! So I bought my car a year and a half ago and had my parents co sign with me since I didn't have any credit started. I went in today to get my car serv So I bought my car a year and a half ago and had my parents co sign with me since I didn't have any credit started. I went in today to get my car serviced and to see my options for refinancing the car and putting it under my name. Joe was seriously awesome and helped me every step of the way! He showed me my options and worked with me. He even gave me a loaner car so I can run home and get more paperwork! I love this dealership and everyone from the service department to managers to sales reps are amazing! Go to Kia in copigue and go see joe!! More

Thankful for Jack's help purchasing my first car! About mid-January of 2016 I got into a car accident in my 2014 Kia Sorento (I was stopped at a red light and another driver rearended me, causing me t About mid-January of 2016 I got into a car accident in my 2014 Kia Sorento (I was stopped at a red light and another driver rearended me, causing me to hit into the car in front on mine). My Kia was totaled, though I walked away from the accident unscathed (LOVE THE SORENTO!!!). I had to quickly buy a car, my first car ever as a young adult, and I was very apprehensive about the entire situation given the negative connotations of dealerships and their salesmen. Truth be told, Jack was nothing short of helpful by just explaining the features of the 2016 Kia Optima (which I purchased). He wasn't trying to immediately sell me on this vehicle, but rather inform me of all of its safety features, being a young driver and following an accident. I really appreciated how informative Jack was, while maintaining the integrity of salemenship in his honesty about aspects of other vehicles I was looking at or by offering his opinion about those other vehicles, including the Optima I purchased. Truly, Jack went above and beyond to ensure my comfortability in purchasing my Kia Optima and I am forever thankful. Seriously, go to Jack! More
