Renton Dodge contacted us to purchase our lease vehicle. We used KBB and they were one of the dealers who received our information. They offered us $35k. We called Chrysler Capital and they told us are payo We used KBB and they were one of the dealers who received our information. They offered us $35k. We called Chrysler Capital and they told us are payoff was about $29k so were expecting a check for around $6k. When we got there they ran some numbers and came back with less than what we had anticipated. According to them, dealer payoff was higher than our payoff. We were told that they will have to pay Chrysler Capital the dealer payoff amount and in addition the remaining 7 months left on our lease. We decided not to take the deal to payoff Chrysler capital directly to get the most for our vehicle. Next day we went to another dealership to lease a new Dodge vehicle since Renton had no stock. We told them about the deal with Renton dodge and we were basically told that the dealership is scooping additional profit and that we don’t have to pay the remaining 7 months because its already included on the dealer payoff quote. Renton Dodge intentionally deceived us by telling us the wrong information to get more money. The amount was just over of $4k ( this was confirmed with Chrysler Capital). Next day we texted Renton through their website to get contact info of the general manager, received a txt back that the GM is not available and to contact the customer service director which we did. Never heard anything until the end of the day when Anthony( Sales Rep) asked what is the text about and what are we complaining about. We explained and he got really defensive stating that we contacted them to sell the vehicle which is not true bec we sent the inquiry to Kelly Blue Book and Kbb contacted them. At the end of the conversation he stated that he had enough and will not be listening anymore and hung up. We have dealt with multiple dealership over the years and we understand that they have to make money and numbers can be manipulated so hopefully everyone walks away with a fair deal. But in this case, when they straight lie to you it’s a different story. We will never go back to this dealership or recommend them to anyone. My husband works within walking distance to this dealership and will let all of his co-workers not to bother shopping here. This experience has left a nasty taste in our mouths and this may be the last Dodge vehicle we will own. More

This morning I call Renton CDJR to acquire about a post for a yellow 2016 Fiat 500. When I called, Jennifer set up an appointment with me for 4pm the same day as I work until 3pm and live in Seattle and ha for a yellow 2016 Fiat 500. When I called, Jennifer set up an appointment with me for 4pm the same day as I work until 3pm and live in Seattle and had to have time to get down to Renton. At 3pm I called to confirm my appointment at 4pm and the Yellow Fiat. I was told everything was ready to go and to “come on down” so I took an Uber costing me 40 dollars. When I arrived I was told that the Yellow Fiat was sold 2hrs before meaning that when I called at 3pm and was told to come, the car I was supposed to be buying was already sold. Darrell, the manager, offered me other vehicle but with no price cut or any concession to match the mileage or price of the Yellow Fiat I had made an appointment to see. I proceeded to ask why I was not contacted about the vehicle being sold to which Darrell responded that “they were busy” and began to explain to me that this situation happens all the time. As in, individual have appointments made on a regular basis to buy cars that are already sold and that no one is contacts any of these people and that it was just how it was. He even told me of a person earlier that day that made an appointment and drove all the way from Spokane for a car that was already sold. In my opinion I don’t believe this is how a business should operate. A phone call or a simple email would have sufficed just to make sure you don’t waste customers times. In the end I asked calmly if they could offer any concession for the money or time I spent coming for nothing in which Darrell got agitated and began cutting me off mid sentence then stomped away back to the dealership. I was going to spend 13,000 on a vehicle but now will shop around and will not be returning, not with how this establishment is currently ran. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else although according to Darrell it happens all the time. More

I bought a car(jeep Cherokee) and there are some rattling sound underneath my cay. I came there 3 times and still that sound is still there. And when I drive that car for ove 80 miles per hour.
