Just picked up a Toyota Tundra from Renn Kirby Auto. Start to finish it was a fantastic experience. The dealership is immaculate inside and out. Jess helped us through our car buying experience and Connor assisted along the way. Daniel, in service took a look at my trade in and was very transparent with the value and reasoning. This was a high mileage trade in and the figure was reasonable. He was extremely professional, polite and up front. When we settled on a price Jess linked us up with Renda to finish the deal. Renda was transparent, honest and understanding of our needs and budget. She walked through the deal with us and offered the service packages available but was not pushy. Start to finish this was about a 2 hour process and is one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Also would like to mention that our first visit to the dealership we were greeted immediately by Nelson with a smile and warm personality, while he was not ultimately our sales person he was a warm welcome at the start of our experience. This dealership is family owned and has been a Frederick staple for more than 3 decades. The new location is fantastic and the dealership pristine. I was given a price and was preparing to make the trip, When I didn't hear back from the dealership I was told the car was sold. That's not the part that didn't bother me...I sort of understand that part. The part that makes me mad is the salesman AND the sales manager both ignored me after the fact. It is sad how little a business would care about a potential customer. In the end, I'm glad I got to keep my money. They are the reason dealerships get a bad rap. More
