questionable I purchased a vehicle from them within the past 5 months. Purchasing was the easy part, they where helpful and really worked with me. after I purchase I purchased a vehicle from them within the past 5 months. Purchasing was the easy part, they where helpful and really worked with me. after I purchased the vehicle it need repairs to it they worked with me and gave me a good deal they also told me that if I had anymore problems bring it back. I had my brakes and rotors done at their shop, now its been about 3-4 months since the brake job and the brakes starting to squeak, so i went back to the dealer asking pads where under warranty and the answer i got was maybe but i would need to pay to have them replaced. some warranty. I took my vehicle to a certified mechanic because the brakes where getting louder and louder and I kept getting put off by Reliable. When all was said and done it cost $200.00, I had to have both front brake pads replaced and one of the calipers was lose do to the brake job that reliable did. I would not recommend them to do service on you car our truck unless you want to keep hearing we aren't really set up for that. I am just very disappointed that they could not stand behind they're work and it cost me way more to fix there mistake. All I can say is be careful!!! More
Don't deal with the devil Its not worth letting them do you a "favor", you will pay for it dearly. Your monthly payments will be charged whenever they get around to it, the off Its not worth letting them do you a "favor", you will pay for it dearly. Your monthly payments will be charged whenever they get around to it, the office staff is rude and insulting. The car you buy won't pass emissions, you will probably have to go put tires on whatever you get used because they don't bother, they even allowed test drives in dangerous tire conditions. More
They go the extra mile for you. We went to reliable wheels because they had a mazda3 that my son wanted to take a look at. We got there and really liked the car. We worked with Mike We went to reliable wheels because they had a mazda3 that my son wanted to take a look at. We got there and really liked the car. We worked with Mike who was very personable and took time to listen to our concerns. When it came time for the financing, they worked their magic and got it done!!! We are very satisfied with reliable wheels and will recommend them to our friends. More

I was a recurring customer, had bought 2 cars previously and had dealt directly with Owner Bill, had no problems with him at all, in fact, it was a rather positive experience back in the day. That was befo and had dealt directly with Owner Bill, had no problems with him at all, in fact, it was a rather positive experience back in the day. That was before I had a need for another vehicle, my wife had started working and needed a small economical car for my self, to get to work. From the begining I felt that I was being treated as a second class customer, by Credit Manager Eric whom my wife and I felt he was being a "xxxxx" completely unfriendly, unprofessional, and even had the nerve to laugh in front of us while reading my credit report. Sure I do not have the best of credits specially after having been laid-off last year for a few months, but as a proven reliable customer (I had paid 2 cars without any problems) and I am now getting back on my feet, and had the proof on my hands. Eric wanted me to pay him a 29.95% interest, with 1/3 down payment, wanted me to pay for a GPS unit so they would know where I was at all times in case I did not paid, offered me a car which runned so rough I though the rear axel was going to explode (could not even hear the radio, that's how loud it was), were not willing to have it looked by my own mechanic, their own mechanic even said he had not even looked at it when Eric said he had spent a lot of money bringing it up to par, etc, would not sell me the car I wanted which was just 500 more, I was even willing to increase the down payment. I just can write a book about this really bad experience. At the end, and after I had asked various times to allow me to have it looked by someone else to make sure I wouldn't have major problems, I was told the only way I could take that car out, is to buy it "AS IS" and would not consider doing any repairs if something major did showed up. Then, Eric looked at my credit report (he had runned it already 3 times) by which point it was just getting worse, laughed in front of me thru a semi-see-thru glass while looking at me and my credit, and said there was no deal for me after all. It was quite clear that he did not want to work with me, even as Bill the owner had given the ok to help me out. What bothers me the most, is that I was given a ride there as a deal had already been approved by owner Bill, at the end I had to walk in the middle of the rain to a near gas station to call a taxi, even when they knew I had no way to get back on my own. Needless to say there is no sidewalk on Highway 38 is a major high traffic road, specially in rush traffic hours. One good thing did happen that evening though. When I finally got home at 6:30 pm called another dealership, was picked up at my residence to their dealership, got approved on a better car, with 1/3 the down payment, less interest, no GPS to track me, and most importantly, made me feel like I was the custumer and not like they were doing me a favor. They looked at the possibilities ahead of me, not at the imposibilities based on my unemployed past a year ago. This morning I drove in to work in my own car for the first time in a long time, and it felt really good! Bill, get rid of Eric and focus on good service, he will bleed you to death out of customers, get back on that chair in your semi-see-thru glass back office. You had lost a proven life time customer, and now will do what I can to make sure everyone knows how poorly I was treated. Good Luck! More
I recently bought a car from this dealership. It has been 10 days and I still don't have the title or any temporary plates on the car. I drove it home which is about 50 miles away and of course the check eng 10 days and I still don't have the title or any temporary plates on the car. I drove it home which is about 50 miles away and of course the check engine light came on. I called Eric about the title and he said that bill should have gave me plates right away but when I got the car bill was in a hurry to go a sox game and was rushing through everything and even forgot to get a copy of my license. He called me a week later and asked me to fax or email it to him. Do not get a car from this dealership. However Eric as nice and helpful. More
