I find the negative reviews written very hard to believe. I am planning my fourth purchase from Reliable wheels. I have had nothing but very pleasant positive experiences each time. I contacted this dealer via e-mail and asked them what was wrong with the car. I didn't want to waist a day trip to go up and test drive it unless it was in great condition. The dealer said there was no problems with the car that I ended up purchasing except a dent in the front passenger side fender. On my way home the check engine light came on and so I had tests ran and needed new plugs, wires, and coil pack, two months later I was driving home from work and the front passenger side tire flew off the car while driving down the road. I am a single mother of two boys and all I asked for a was a safe dependable car for me and my boys. So another $500 later I now feel half way safe driving in my car. Bought the car in March and paid cash including tax, title, and licence, got a call today saying they have my plates and title and they want to charge me for them to mail them to me. I will never buy another car from them again. More

Bought a used car from this dealership. Explained to the dealer that I need the title ASAP, the dealer assured me that the title will be going out on Friday, he forgot to mention which Friday though. All week these jokers were coming up with excuses of why the title hadn't been mailed yet and yes they had the title in their possession. All of a sudden they got so "busy" with customers that they didn't have a minute to spare to drop off an envelope. I gave Bill my FedEx account number, Bill had waited until Saturday to mail me the title, knowing precisely well that Saturday's pick up is the most expensive with FedEx and purposefully wrote the wrong address. Will not buy anything else from this dealership. Bottom line, they got no appreciation for their out of state cash paying customers. More
