Fast, friendly service. Arrived unannounced for recall service, and was met by James Clayton, Service Advisor. James immediately arranged for the service, gave an estimated time of repair (ETR), with a promise to call me upon completion. I was called early, and told my car was ready to go. When I arrived to pickup the car, James explained in detail what was done, and it was not just one item completed, but a second recall item was completed as well. While looing around the sales floor, Abdul Kebe approached and guided me to cars I had an interest in, opened them up, and reviewed key features, as well as rebate offers. Abdul, introduced me to Sales Manager Paul Bateman, who offered to assist in obtaining finance services when ever I'm ready to upgrade to a newer vehicle. Great staff, and prompt friendly service. Not a good impression. I had very high hopes with this dealership given their ratings on Google. They proved me wrong. Two weeks ago I and my wife visited the dealership to look at a brand new 2018 Nissan Frontier PRO-4X. I already knew what I wanted and had done some research about the various options ad prices, the typical due diligence. Lorenzo P. greeted us well and took care of us, showed us the vehicle and then we talked some numbers. I negotiated a price with them out-the-door for $X, they wanted $X+500. I wasn't letting up as the truck didn't have some options like tow-hitch and bed-extender. Last week they got another truck with the options of same exact model+trim etc. I asked Lorenzo if they would do the same $X+500 as it has the options I wanted.He was helpful and said his Manager Paul wanted to talk. Paul, I think had zero idea of what I had negotiated with the others and says we would do $X+500+ Tax+Title+License. Now that is ridiculous. When I told hi about the deal I negotiated he denied knowledge of what was going on an said he stands to lose $2500 if he agrees to that price. I respectfully denied his offer. My question to the Reliable Nissan dealership is that " when your sales people go inside an office like 13 times when people visit you, what are they doing?". UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT! More

Recently, I met Service Manager, Todd, and I wa For over 18 months I was unhappy about the decision I made to purchase a vehicle from Reliable Nissan. Recently, I met Service Manager, Todd, and I was given a glimmer of hope after having my concerns ignored by Reliable Nissan and corporate Nissan. A couple of days ago, I went into Reliable Nissan to rid myself of the car I was saddled with by a previous representative. I briefly provided Lorenzo an overview of my experience, told him what I wanted and it was my best decision. Lorenzo sincerely apologized for my previous experience and confidently told me he was going to take care of me and he followed through on his commitment. Lorenzo found the vehicle I wanted, he took the time to review the features of the vehicle and walked me through the paper work. He was respectful, kind and a customer advocate that left me feeling appreciated and valued as a consumer and as a human being. Thank you "Zo" for restoring my faith in Reliable Nissan and the vehicle sales. You are a professional. Best Regard More
Unreliable I spoke with salesman on the phone. He wanted me to come into the dealership the next day to look at cars. We scheduled for 8 am, no one showed up. I spoke with salesman on the phone. He wanted me to come into the dealership the next day to look at cars. We scheduled for 8 am, no one showed up. I even got phone calls and emails to verify the appointment. The receptionist told us several times that someone would be right with us, but no one was. I did tell the salesman on the phone our time was very valuable, as it was hard for us to find time to go look together. I asked the receptionist to have the manager call me, no one ever did. I would never buy a car from this dealership. Very unprofessional and rude. More
