Reliable Nissan is definately the place to go if you are looking at buying a new Car they will do everything in their power to make sure that you are nothing less than satisfied with your purchase. Buying my new Pathfinder LE-V8 from this dealership was an outstanding experience. No pressure to buy, reasonably quick to get to the bottomline, and then threw more money than expected into the deal afte an outstanding experience. No pressure to buy, reasonably quick to get to the bottomline, and then threw more money than expected into the deal after they actually drove the trade, plus gave even more of a price discount than expected. Then they offered me a better financing rate than originally agreed to as well. Very unexpected and sealed the deal. They obtained the vehicle I wanted from another dealership and that went very well too. A little pushy in the business office when the second guy came in to try to convince me to buy the extras after I declined the first time around. No should mean no. The car was not completely equipped when delivered as the other dealership didn't send the remote and headphones and possibly other stuff when the car was transferred. Their pre-delivery inspection missed this even though it was checked off on the form I was given. Minor issue that they are rectifying. Overall excellent performance for a dealership. I would recommend them to anyone. More

This dealership went above and beyond. They even set up a test drive and compare at a different dealership so that we could see both trucks side by side. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Gary was not overly forceful when I showed some hesitation and he listened to my concerns. Ultimately, we came to a purchase agreement and I'm happy with my purchase. Since the purchase, I've con hesitation and he listened to my concerns. Ultimately, we came to a purchase agreement and I'm happy with my purchase. Since the purchase, I've contacted Gary with a couple of quesetions and he answered them immediately or sought out the answer. It was a pleasure working with Gary. I hope to get to know the rest of the staff in the coming years as I bring my system in for regular maintenance and such. I'm very satisfied with the purchase. More

My experience at Reliable Nissan was totally awesome. I was contacted by a sales manager (Leila) as soon as I showed interest in Nissan and when I drove to the lot, I was greeted by the friendliest salesma was contacted by a sales manager (Leila) as soon as I showed interest in Nissan and when I drove to the lot, I was greeted by the friendliest salesman I have ever met. Marshall was very kind, patient, and thorough. He wasn't just "out to make a sale", but it really mattered to him that I got exactly what I wanted. Despite the late hour of the sale, Marshall took the time to familiarize me with my new car and made sure that I understood all the paperwork (owner's manual, etc.)before I left. Rob handled the finance portion. He was very down to earth which made it easy to talk to him about my financial concerns. I felt as if I was talking to my next door neighbor. His particular service was quick and painless. Since I purchased my new car, I have been back to the dealership; and EVERYTIME I go there I am greeted by name and with a smile. I have been singing the praises of this staff since my first visit. I would recommend this dealership and its staff to everyone who was interested in purchasing a car; new or used. More

We began working with Reliable Nissan through the NEA union, which provides a auto program similar to Costco's and others; it guaranteed a price of $300 over invoice for a vehicle equipped exactly as I s union, which provides a auto program similar to Costco's and others; it guaranteed a price of $300 over invoice for a vehicle equipped exactly as I specified. I was contacted very quickly by Leila Fahkrai who provided a great experience over the phone. Even though Reliable did not have a vehicle that matched my desires, Leila located one almost immediately that was "in transit" to another dealer. I expressly asked what it would cost to attain that vehicle, and she assured me it was a free process for their dealership. As that evening was the end of a $750 incentive we agreed to make the 45 minute drive to Reliable and discuss buying that night. This is where the good story ended. When we got there we asked for Leila as she directed, but instead began working with Bob Paton for some reason. He offered to bring around a vehicle similar to the one Leila had located for us to test drive so we agreed and took a short trip. When we got back Bob began drawing up papers to purchase *that* vehicle, but my wife and I kindly informed him we were here about a different vehicle promised us. He seemed ignorant of this fact, so he went to talk to Leila, who then decided to come greet us. At that point she decided to inform me that our guaranteed pricing would not cover vehicles outside of their stock and it would cost additional money to bring the vehicle to Reliable. We persisted with our desire for what was promised, at this point being out a couple hours of our time and lied to. They came back with an offer to attain the vehicle for a mysterious $800 fee on top of the invoice + $300 price. At no time would they tell us where the vehicle actually was, or how and when it would reach Reliable. They claimed it was "in the process of shipping", and that it was at "the railyard" where it would be put on a transport for them. I have asked for a itemized list showing where the $800 fee originates, but have been told none exists. At this point we tentatively agreed to the pricing and moved on to our trade-in. I imagine this experience is similar to what most people go through, magical values, doublespeak, promises that they will only make a tiny profit on your vehicle. At their first lowball offer one salesman tried to make the connection between the two completely different vehicles' trim packages, and how we were "moving up" so we should get less value for our trade. What kind of logic is that? I finally pulled the trigger for my wife and I because I was the biggest fool in the room, besides what's a little cash between "friends"? Why oh why do new-car dealerships still exist in today's world? We then ended the night the way all car purchases end, with someone else trying to sell us outrageous service contracts at "their cost" - Reliable Nissan won't even sell you a Nissan-backed warranty! Feel free to contact me if someone ever finds that document outlining your $800 transportation fee, the dealership that owned it turned out to be just a few hours away according to our window sticker. It was excellent working with Jeremy (and John in the finance dept). Both were very knowledgable, courteous, and easy to work with.
