Went to have oil change at just short of 17,855 miles on my 2020 Hyundai Tuscon, which is supposed to be included but i was charged $37.95. They told me at 12K miles I was supposed to change fuel filter bu my 2020 Hyundai Tuscon, which is supposed to be included but i was charged $37.95. They told me at 12K miles I was supposed to change fuel filter but that was never mentioned any other time I had an oil change. I purchased an extra warranty to cover the electronics in the car. The USB for the android auto has a short so it works then cuts out. I have a brand new Google Pixel 6 and the cord they gave me when I purchased the car. They tried to tell me it was user error, which how can that be? If I have the cord they gave me and new phone and the android auto cuts out and doesn't stay connected how is that user error? I confirmed with another automotive professional that that is definitely not considered user error at all. That is a defect! I tried to call the store to speak with the general manager regarding my experience. The man whom answered the phone said the general manager was a very busy person and wouldn't take my call. If this is the type of business they operate here, I don't ever see myself doing business with them again! The fact the dealership leadership wouldn't speak to me at all is a clear sign to me that customer satisfaction and honoring what you say and sell is not at all how they operate. More

We are from the St Robert area and own a Hyundai Sonata. This can be a problem when it comes to service if you live far from the Springfield area. The first couple times we tried to arrange for a loaner car This can be a problem when it comes to service if you live far from the Springfield area. The first couple times we tried to arrange for a loaner car to enable us to get around while the car stayed in the shop all day. This did not work out in part I believe because we did not get to speak directly to Mark Mahoney in person. However, my faith is restored! Although we were not able to get a loaner this service trip and needed to take two cars, Mark was great. He was very sympathetic to our plight and our rational for a loaner when we do have to make the 200 mile trek. He assured me he would work personally with me in the future on a loaner. Mark discussed my cars issues and quickly informed me that there were also two recall repairs needed ( I was not aware) and made sure all my issues were annotated. When I came to get my car Mark briefed me and made sure I understood everything that was done or would require a wait for parts to come in, when they would arrive etc. He took me out to my car which had been washed, filled up with gas for the inconvenience with needing to drive two cars for 400 miles. I have to say I had a great service experience and am fully satisfied. So thank you Mark Mahoney for what turned out to be great customer service, Jim More

The customer service people & service department are the BEST we have had the PLEASURE to meet & work with. Mark Mahoney in the service department is OUTSTANDING. They do not OVER CHARGE you or give you a line that you need to service this or that, because it is time. They check your vehicle out completely & when they see a problem or not a problem, they point it out to you & give you a reasonable opinion of what should be done or NOT DONE. Thank you Mark Mahoney & everyone else at Hyundai. We even checked out new cars, just to pass some time while waiting & we did not feel PRESSURED by salesmen at all. I've talked with Tiffany & Kimberly one the phone & these two young ladies were also so very friendly & helpful. AGAIN......Thank you "MARK", Tiffany, Kimberly & sales department people for a great EXPERIENCE!! More

They were insistent that internal engine components that aren't exposed to water rust naturally though never exposed to water. THIS PLACE NEITHER HONORS THE WARRANTY THAT THEY GIVE YOU, NOR ARE THEY HONEST PEOPLE. If you buy a vehicle from this company you will regret it. More
I always take my Mazda to Reliable Imports to be serviced. I appreciate the personal attention that especially Jason Gaddy gives, but all employees in the Mazda service department are professional a serviced. I rated a 4 out of 5 for price because the oil changes are a bit more expensive here than at the chain stores, but the personal overall care they give to my car is worth the extra price to me. I think price for major work is comparable to other dealerships/service shops. More
My first visit to Reliable Hyundai was for a pesky rattle in the trunk at 2800 miles,they earned my businees when they found the rattle & fixed it. Now 75,000 miles later these same guys are still helping me with my service. i have never had an issue getting my problems addressed as soon as I pull in. Mark, Brandon & the entire Reliable Team have earned my trust. The guys that greet me when I pull in make me feel welcome. The popcorn is always popping in the lounge, the shuttle service, the free car wash & vacuum everytime I go there. Sometimes I just drop in & they wash my Sonata for me for free. Great People! LIARS!! I have sooooo much to say but too pissed to say it right now! Quick comment- car is less than 2 months old. Bought car from Fletcher in Joplin. LOVE FLETCHER!!! GO TO FLETCHER!! The battery was bad it right now! Quick comment- car is less than 2 months old. Bought car from Fletcher in Joplin. LOVE FLETCHER!!! GO TO FLETCHER!! The battery was bad, took it to reliable, they installed a OLD battery that was much smaller than the original and didnt tell us. My husband installs batteries on cars for a living and knows what if should have. Then the carpet is ripping under the front seat. Took it to reliable, they said it looks to have been cut by a box knife when the dealership removed the plastic from the carpet. They wont replace and said we have to take the car to Fletcher. Lie! The plastic on the carpet doesnt get cut out. It pulls off. I called Fletcher and told them of the issue. They are more than happy to fix it and even offered to call reliable on our behalf. We said no that was not needed as we are making a formal complaint with Hyundai motor company about reliables dealership and service department. DO NOT GO TO RELIABLE IMPORTS. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND GO TO JOPLIN!! More
