Your dealership never tried to regain my trust. I called them out when they tried to screw us, and they backed down. Hopefully the unscrupulous employees are gone, but I wouldn’t bet on it.

Thank you for your apologies, the service department ( Riley) in particular was very helpful and tried to contact outside sources for me. I am still not impressed with your sales tactics, and the pressure applied and lack of honest input by the staff. Never the less I have a car with serious issues that The manufacturer is well aware of. It is not the dealerships fault that the car builder did not produce a dependable car. Well, it just gets worse. Your used car staff promised to deliver my car to me on 2/23, but then there were "unforeseen" delays. I was then told that my car would definitely be delivered Wednesday morning at 10am. At 10:30am, still NO CAR. I called and spoke with Dwayne who found Jon to find out why it wasn't delivered - even though he told me that the vehicle was SITTING RIGHT THERE. Jon eventually delivered the vehicle nearly 2 hours later while I had to rearrange my schedule once again. No solid explanation at all as to why it wasn't delivered on time.
