He's a very nice guy and had always been very helpful in the past. When I spoke to him he had told me that the service was a package deal for $525.00. It included an oil change, tire rotation, air conditioning line cleaning and new cabin filter, transmission fluid change, and a clean up of the car. I let him know that I just had the oil changed and didn't need that service. He said they would just knock a little bit off of the overall price, since it wouldn't be performed. When I dropped it off early the next morning, I was told it would be ready by 1pm. At 11:45 I received a call from José asking me if I wanted an additional service, which I declined. He then told me that my car should be done by 1pm and that he would call me when it was finished. At 2pm I began calling the dealership, but I just kept getting José's voice mail. Finally at 3:30 I spoke to someone who told me that he had stepped out and that my car was almost done. At about 4:25 I arrived at the dealership to get my car. José was there and I went in to pay. I noticed that the bill was still $525.00 and it showed that an oil change had been completed. I asked him about it and he explained to me that the service is normally $545.00 so they had taken $20 off for the oil change, but that since it was a package deal, the paperwork still showed that it had been completed. There was no way around it. Although I had thought that he had originally said the service was $525, I chalked it up to a misunderstanding on my part. Then he escorted me to my car and apologized that they didn't have time to clean it up, but stated that I could bring it back another day and he would get it in to be cleaned. I left. While driving home, I noticed a new sticker in the windshield with new mileage as to when my next oil change should be as well as my next tire rotation. I thought that was strange, since it wasn't supposed to have been completed. But I checked my oil life indicator and it showed 70%. I called José. He assured me that it hadn't been completed, I again questioned the fact that it appeared I was charged for it and he said that the next time I needed an oil change, to bring it there and he would make it right. The next morning I noticed that the tires hadn't been rotated either. The 2 new tires that I had purchased several months ago were still on the front of the car. Again, I let it slide. Then that afternoon, we packed the car and headed out for our 5 hour trip north. We got to Springfield and had a couple of stops to make. Sitting at a stop, I gave the car gas and it wouldn't go, then suddenly it slipped in to gear and jerked us with it. It did that 3 more times in a 20 minute period. My partner called Reliable and asked for a service manager. She was connected to Rick. She told him the issues and he was extremely accommodating and said if we would bring the car by, they would give us a loaner car to drive and they would check it out. We took the car back and José helped us get the loaner car. He also stated that while he had the car there again he would get it cleaned up. We left. Monday I called and they were looking at it. At 4pm I went to drop off the rental and see what they found with my car. José wasn't there. Another man helped me (I didn't catch his name) he stated that my car was done. I asked what they had found and he said that they couldnt reproduce the issue. But they said that they checked the oil and it had been changed, they had just forgot to reset the oil life. But that it had been fixed. Then when I noticed that my new tires were still on the front I asked him if the rotation had been done and he pulled a tool out of his pocket that measured the tread depth and checked the front and back tire and told me it had been done. As if that has anything to do with a rotation. But I'm sure I appeared to be a stupid girl, so he though that would work. I was too mad to speak. He walked away and I got in my car that still wasn't cleaned. As I drove away, I checked the oil life, it still said 70%. I have never been treated with such disregard before. I'll never use this dealership again. They just can't be trusted. More

I contacted Kyle in the service department regarding our battery in our corvette. He was most helpful and professional, as was Ryan when I arrived at the dealership. Ryan carried my battery to the parts d battery in our corvette. He was most helpful and professional, as was Ryan when I arrived at the dealership. Ryan carried my battery to the parts department and returned to my vehicle with a new battery and guidance as to resetting the windows. They got me back on the road very quickly and professionally. After replacing the battery and resetting the power windows, everything is working great! It blew me away that they did not charge me anything at all for their time and trouble, and were honestly happy to be able to take care of me. There is no way this experience could be rated anything but the absolute highest rating possible. More
I had arrived toward the end of the work day for a oil change. They gladly still accepted my vehicle and had my car done in a quick time frame. There are no appointments that need to be made for oil chan change. They gladly still accepted my vehicle and had my car done in a quick time frame. There are no appointments that need to be made for oil changes, which I like, and they do not make you wait a hour or more as did my last dealership. This is only my 2nd oil change and visit so far to the Reliable service department, and I have been treated well each time. The reps are very friendly and have treated me as if I am their only customer. More

I got pre approved for a car at the dealership. I had read many disturbing reviews but thought I would give them a chance. I told the salesman Jeremy Taylor I would come in, but I wanted no surprises. I read many disturbing reviews but thought I would give them a chance. I told the salesman Jeremy Taylor I would come in, but I wanted no surprises. I wanted zero down with a reasonable payment. I expressed if they could not make that happen I did not want to come in. He assured me my hour drive would be worth it. I got to the dealership and they were very un organized asking the same questions that I had already answered. I found a car and low and be hold they wanted everything I said I would not do. Including a 2000.00 down payment. I got pretty upset and told them what I thought. Remember I drove an hour with the understanding there would be NO shenanigans. As I told them what I thought a lady sitting at the desk next to us, most likely in her 70's said they did her the same way. I walked out! I went across the street to Youngblood Auto Group. 2 hours from the time I walked out, I was driving away in my new car. Reliable called that afternoon trying to work me a deal. I told them I had already purchase and was driving my new car. Reliable salesman then started trying to sell me on taking it back and working a deal with them. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Buyer beware! More
I bought my Chevy Monte Carlo from Reliable about two and a half months ago. It was a horrible experience. My mom also bought a car that she was conned into. For one, we were two single women going in the a half months ago. It was a horrible experience. My mom also bought a car that she was conned into. For one, we were two single women going in there without a man so we got taken advantage of. Their tactic they have there is they get the salesmen to reel you in, then the salesmen's manager gets involved. His name is Benji, and he is the used car salesmens manager. He intimidates and makes you feel like you can't get a loan anywhere but there. He talks like they have the best deals out there and they are the highest rated car dealership in Missouri, which now I realize different. They're one of the lowest rated! My Monte Carlo that I bought doesn't even run half the time. It's been in the shop four or five different times. Luckily I got a warranty outside of Reliable. The warrant I had with them didn't cover anything that's messed up on it. It's things that should be covered too. My warranty has put out about $1500 already trying to fix this car and it still is breaking down about once a week. Their attitude totally changes once the car is bought and in your hands. They won't help you whatsoever with anything. My mom bought a Chevy Cruze and it's been okay so far, but it was way overpriced. I'm now getting ready to trade my vehicle in at Mayse hoping for better luck. I will never buy a car at that place again, and I would recommend nobody else does either. You'll be sorry if you do. I know I sure am. More
Sold us a brand new truck that we cannot use after we repeatedly stated that we had to have a truck to pull our 5th wheel trailer. After going to 8 different hitch installers (2 were recommended by Reli repeatedly stated that we had to have a truck to pull our 5th wheel trailer. After going to 8 different hitch installers (2 were recommended by Reliable) and were informed that they would not install the hitch because of the 5.5' bed length we went back to Reliable to have this rectified and have been told they will trade a truck but we have to add $9,500-$9,800 more to the loan. They refuse to give us the rebates offered on the other new truck or take into consideration the two payments that have been made. They went as far to say - if you couldn't afford a truck you should have never come in! We want a truck that will do what we told them we needed it to do. After 30+ phone calls to them still no resolution and no calls back to us. I believe they are hoping this will go away. Too bad we couldn't trust the salespeople there - they have informed us this is our fault for not checking (in other words questioning what the sales staff told us - which we did but were not told the truth). They have now admitted they made a mistake but want us to pay for the mistake. More

We were attacked by a sales person before we even parked the car to look around. They were swarming like sharks. The salesman yelled at us as we drove to the parking area. He might have thought it was aggre the car to look around. They were swarming like sharks. The salesman yelled at us as we drove to the parking area. He might have thought it was aggressive sales technique, but it was strange, almost stalker-like. When we parked, he came over as fast as he could, yelling at the top of his lungs and chasing us around. When asked if we could open a few vehicle just to see if our family would fit comfortably in that particular model, we were told that they would have to "scan" our driver's licenses to unlock a vehicle. We had enough at that point and began to leave. He then began to yell for a manager and continued to yell for help in keeping us on the lot even while we were starting our vehicle. It was the worst kind of pressure to give out personal information and to buy the type of vehicle he thought we should by, probably the ones they would make the most money off of. Horrible overall experience. We only stopped there because we bought a vehicle there in 2000 and had a good experience. We did buy a car that day, but from a much kinder, less intrusive dealer in Springfield. I would never recommend this dealership unless they changed their sales tactics. More
