I scheduled an appointment on April 22, 2024, to drop off my 2018 Chevy Silverado due to it shutting off while driving and displaying a Stabilitrak notification. Despite being told that diagnostics would be run and that test results were pending, my vehicle sat untouched for two days. When I picked it up, I was informed that no work had been done. I was without my vehicle for two days and left with the same unresolved issue. Since I didn’t receive any help at Reliable Chevrolet, I did some research and found that GM has a recall related to an electronic stability control malfunction, which directly relates to my problem. Yet, this was never mentioned to me by the dealership. I reached out to Reliable Chevrolet’s customer relations representative via email to address this situation and seek further assistance. It has been a week, and I have yet to receive any response. This lack of communication and accountability has only added to my frustration. Thank you, Reliable Chevrolet, for proving just how much you care about your customers.
