I've been coming to the dearlship for a few years now. Only issue I have is the wait to get your vehicle inspected if there is any issues I took it in and had to wait 2 weeks to be told finally it still h Only issue I have is the wait to get your vehicle inspected if there is any issues I took it in and had to wait 2 weeks to be told finally it still hadn't been looked at. Needless to say I just picked it up because I needed my vehicle. And again it needs to be checked with a 3 to 4 week wait and that's just not something I can do. But to get an oil change it's days maybe a week out and done supr quick. There's that at least. More

After my vehicle gad an issue we took it in to dind out what happened and was told that there was no way for them to get a diagnostic run on my vehicle unless scheduled it for four weeks ahead of time and what happened and was told that there was no way for them to get a diagnostic run on my vehicle unless scheduled it for four weeks ahead of time and that I needed to leave it there until it was completed. That's impossible because I have a job and need my vehicle. After they had my vehicle for three days I asked if they had done the basic tire rotation and oil change and they said no. I asked why and wasn't given an answer. I let them know that it needed it to be done asap and that I would be picking up my vehicle the next day. When I went to pick it up, it was covered in dirt like they drove it in the stormy weather we were having the day before. They left a dirty tire socket in my vehicle and didn't even vacume the interior floor like most places do when you take your vehicle in for service. To say I was exsteamly disappointed is an understatement. Also, after they already had my vehicle in the service center I received a voice message asking me to confirm my service appointment... like, WHAT? I will never bring my vehicle here for service again. More
