Initially thing seemed really good but I noticed that Emilio was being teased by his coworkers because he was not “as fast” as they were. As a customer, when coworkers tease each other it’s a little uncomfortable but when they start to do this kind of teasing, it’s very awkward and shows a lack of maturity. Once I left and waited for my vehicle to be serviced, I was updated multiplex times which was great so kudos to Emilio for that. Once I picked up my car I noticed my lanyard was missing. I was told it should be in my car but it was no where to be found. Kinda annoying to lose a $10 lanyard. Whether it was lost or taken, it doesn’t look good on the company and makes me worried about leaving anything else in my car. Overall, Emilio was kind, friendly, and great to work with. Unfortunately, everything else around him needs a lot of work. More

What can I say about this dealership is there irresponsible they damage your car they mess up my vehicle one the shifter Park never got fixed after I I paid $650 bucks for it on top of that when irresponsible they damage your car they mess up my vehicle one the shifter Park never got fixed after I I paid $650 bucks for it on top of that when I took it back to get fixed they wanted another almost $800 to actually fix it right to the blue damage to my driver's side door was never fixed so it's still there my sound system radio my speakers inside the truck does not sound good anymore after I took it in there it sounds like they blew a speaker there's other blue marks around my truck from them that place disgusted me I tell everybody not to go there it's not a good place they damage your vehicle and make you pay for the damages and then want you to pay more just to get it fixed so I'll never bring my vehicle in there again More
