So the gentleman that checked us in and called me later in the morning to let me know that the shop was closing due to the weather was very unprofessional and when I asked, what am I supposed to do without in the morning to let me know that the shop was closing due to the weather was very unprofessional and when I asked, what am I supposed to do without a vehicle he said he didn’t know that wasn’t his concern. I was grateful for the used dealership side when I reached out to him later in the afternoon to let him know that I didn’t have my vehicle back and he told me that he would make sure that it would get delivered to my house on Friday.
