Drove 248 miles to buy there. Well worth it. Had a great experience. Sales manager Brad Lee was honest and fair from start to finish. Made initial contact with Reidsville Nissan seeking a new Nissan Frontier. Spoke to a female in sales that knew nothing about the Nissan Frontier line-up. I asked for someone that might be able to help. S Nissan Frontier. Spoke to a female in sales that knew nothing about the Nissan Frontier line-up. I asked for someone that might be able to help. Spoke to Duane Stepp who appeared to be friendly enough and was able to provide me with necessary insights in truck options. Promised to call back in 10 minutes with quote information. I wanted "off the lot" quotes since the MSRP pricing is stacked with additional costs. No problem until I didn't received a call back. Waited 4 hours and called Duane back who apologized and said he had been busy (with other customers????) and didn't get me information. He promised (again) to provide me with the requested quotes in the next 10 minutes. Did not received any communication at all. The next morning I tried again. Thinking this was just an isolated incident, I e-mailed the General Manager Steve Fowler asking that he have someone else contact me that morning since it did not appear that Duane was interested. By mid-afternoon I had not received any response at all (including any "out of office" notification) so I started looking elsewhere. That afternoon I completed necessary authorizations to purchase a Nissan Frontier from East Charlotte Nissan. Now I am an owner of a new Nissan in the Madison/Reidsville, NC area. You can bet that I will be sure to share this experience with everyone that I show off the truck to. It was amazing to experience a sales organization that shows such disregard for potential clients. I looked online to find a pathfinder under 10k. I called the dealership before hand to see if the car was still available and was told it was. Knowing it would be a little drive I confirmed this 3 or 4 times. When we got to the dealership I was told the car had been sent to auction the night before. I was furious. I had wasted about an hour to drive there for nothing. The salesman told us to come look at what they had under 10k. He looked around for a second and said well i don't think there's anything. He told us we could get the car back, but would have to buy it that day, which I did not want to do. He was unapologetic and uninformed. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. More
We were trying to lower our car payment - the salesman who worked with us was inexperienced & actually fell asleep in the back seat of the car while we were test driving it!! We spent 6 hours at this deal who worked with us was inexperienced & actually fell asleep in the back seat of the car while we were test driving it!! We spent 6 hours at this dealership to walk away empty handed!!! We may have not had "good" credit scores but to have had to spend that many hours there where we felt like we were a burden & they didn't want to deal with us was quite unprofessional. Needless to say we will not be returning there ever & making sure everyone we know doesn't go there either. More
will not keep there word on what they promise you! They are just trying to make a sale at your expense. In January, 2010 I bought a used truck. I was told by the salesman it was a one owner. I recieved the Car Fax with the receipt after completeing the buy. After reading the Car Fax I saw two owners listed not salesman it was a one owner. I recieved the Car Fax with the receipt after completeing the buy. After reading the Car Fax I saw two owners listed not counting the dealer. The salesman admitted the wrong. I told him I expected an apology. THIS WOULD HAVE CHANGED MY MIND ON THE BUY had I have been informed of two previous owners. I told them so. I did get an apology from him. The sales manager was especially brash and defensive. Don't waste your money or time on this unethical dealership. A ONE OWNER should be a ONE OWNER. I forgave the salesman the following day for lying to me but will never forget this horrible experience. BEWARE and demand the Car Fax FIRST. Lesson learned. More
