I've always had an enjoyable experience dealing with the great folks in Sales and Service at Regal Nissan. In December 2011 and February 2012 I came back with new husband in tow to trade in vehicles and bot great folks in Sales and Service at Regal Nissan. From Rory's sales knowledge and friendly demeanor I now feel comfortable with my car buying experience. Chris is always fantastic to deal with on the financing, always going above and beyond to get us the best deal possible. Both gentlemen also project the family environment experienced at Regal Nissan. We appreciate all that was done and look forward to dealing with them in the future. The Service is always top notch and affordable, and completed in a timely fashion. The complimentary car washes are always a welcome delight too. I would never hesitate to recommend Regal, Rory, Chris, and the Service folks to a friend. I'm only sorry that my family lives out of state. More

I own Nissan 2010 Altima and from last few months I observed increased level of engine noise which was not common. As I drive daily I love my car so much I take take good care of it, so I observed chan observed increased level of engine noise which was not common. As I drive daily I love my car so much I take take good care of it, so I observed change in the engine noise and went to check up to couple of dealers and none of them found any problem with the engine or noise. They said the noise is common. I was so frustrated why they can't find that something is wrong in the engine noise. They didn't even bother to do full diagnostics of the engine. But I was frustrated, disappointed and not happy any more to drive my car. In this situation I visited Regal Nissan dealer service center. The moment I enter into the service area I could find the difference they receive their customers when compared to experience I had visiting to other dealers in my whole life. They were so friendly, welcoming and more than happy to listen to the customers problem. They said they will take care of the problem and thats it I was convinced that they will really find the problem and fix it. They took the road test and just driving 0.2 miles the technician said "Yes, there is a problem in the engine noise and this is not normal". Later he took some time that day and did so much diagnostics to find the root cause of the problem. He explained me the diagnostics he did and the problem he found. (I know this problem is very difficult to find because of the fact that only the person who drives daily can only know that the engine noise was not normal). One of the pistons in the engine had a problem. This was very very unusual for the car that only have 23000 miles. Dealer worked with Nissan company to get the new replacement of the lower engine. After the parts have arrived they finished the work within a day and ready to go. This work was so big and tedious but they did it very very well. I was little worried just changing the lower part of the engine instead of changing the complete engine, but they assured me that everything will be fine and not to worry. They did exactly what they promised. Oh, another fact is my car also had a alignment problem. Once I had done at another dealer and it was not fixed so I went for lifetime wheel alignment with Firestone and still it was not fixed. My experience with this dealership was fantastic I done my car wheel alignment here and it was so perfect. Even I got free rental car from this dealer during the period (5 days) they had my car to fix the problem. After engine part replaced and wheel alignment done when I drove my car I felt like I am driving new NISSAN car. Everything was right engine was so silent and perfect alignment. The advisor Paul Smith was so patience to my phone calls to update me on the progress of the work and I made 3 personal visits and all the time he welcomed me and took me into the garage to show me the progress of the work and the status on the parts order etc. I also greatly appreciate the great work done my technician Adam. Regal Nissan was my last dealership of the day . By the time I got to Regal it had been a long and uneventful day of car buying, so I was not actually expecting to purchase a car. But needless to say when time I got to Regal it had been a long and uneventful day of car buying, so I was not actually expecting to purchase a car. But needless to say when Chandler showed me the 2004 Maxima I was excited. It was just wanted I had been looking for and not to mention at a GREAT price. Everyone at the dealership that I came in contact with were great. If anyone is looking ot purchase a car I would recommend that you see Chandler at Regal Nissan. Thanks to everyone!!! More
OK,my wife was in an car wreck(no one hurt)..We needed a tow truck a rental car and everyone was closed, so I called Regal Nissan and got Brian Jennings!!! He is the "BEST":):)I told him we were in a wreck tow truck a rental car and everyone was closed, so I called Regal Nissan and got Brian Jennings!!! He is the "BEST":):)I told him we were in a wreck and on the side of the road,our Nissan Altima needed to be towed and we were stuck... HELP!! Brian took care of everything for us:) we got our car towed to Regal and Brian even came up with a rental car for us when they were out of them. Did i mention it was past 7pm in the evening and they were closed but thier they were waiting to take care of us!!!! Here is the BEST part of the story; we did not PAY for anything.. that is right.. nothing!!! Brian took care of the insurance company!!!! paid the tow and coverd the rental so we did not have to pay for anything( the insurance company told us they would reimburse us after we paided for everything up front with a total of $400)nice right! That is why we LOVE BRIAN and Regal Nissan More

After a few troubling experiences with various dealerships and used car businesses, it was quite a pleasant surprise to deal with Dan. He knew more about the Nissan vehicles than I did (I am an engineer) and was extremely courteous and helpful without being pushy. Although we felt like we received a fair deal, the main reason we ended up buying was because of Dan. We are extremely happy with our experience with you dealership. I would highly recommend Regal to my family and friends. More
I had a service light come on in my car during an out of town visit. When I returned, I decided to have it checked out and it turned out to be a major problem with my transmission. The guys at Regal Nissa town visit. When I returned, I decided to have it checked out and it turned out to be a major problem with my transmission. The guys at Regal Nissan fixed everything and although I was past my warranty by five weeks, Nissan paid the bill for me. I am very grateful and will be continuing to use their service in the future. I have purchased a Quest van, two new Armadas and a used car from Regal, having dealt with them for over 10 years. I have found their entire staff to be very friendly, always treating me as someone special car from Regal, having dealt with them for over 10 years. I have found their entire staff to be very friendly, always treating me as someone special when I'm there. I live at least 45 minutes from them, but have never taken my Nissans to any other dealer for service. For years I dealt with Martha in the service department. She was very professional, yet at the same time treated me as if we were family. Each time I go in for service, they are quick to offer me a ride to anywhere in the area that I want to go, and have always repaired or serviced my vehicle in a timely manner. They have bent over backwards to handle my repairs in a way that was effective, yet affordable to me. My husband drives another make truck, and deals with other dealerships, so I know that this is not always the case in the automobile industry. I have not had any negative experiences with Regal, and will continue to make them my Nissan dealership. More
