DO NOT TRUST THE FINANCE TEAM!!!!! What started out as a positive experience, ended up in a VERY negative. I Went into Regal Nissan car lot with my own financing because I was reluctant to have Regal pu a positive experience, ended up in a VERY negative. I Went into Regal Nissan car lot with my own financing because I was reluctant to have Regal pull it due to the multiple inquires that would happen. But my salesman, "Good News" Willie talked me into going through dealership financing for a lower interest rate and they would only pull it ONE time. NOT THE CASE! When you run your credit through the Regal, they pull your credit report and then farm it out to about 7 different lenders resulting in multiple inquires thus bringing your credit scores down. I went from a 712 all the way down to a 695 in a day. I was lied to by their finance team and their sales team. I asked how they were going to fix this issue and their response was, "There is nothing we can do, if you choose to not do business here again that would be fine." Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional! Even "Good News" Willie turned into "Bad News" Willie STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT TRUST ANYONE FROM THIS PLACE! THEY ARE LIARS!! More

I leased from another dealer in Marietta who cared enough to show me the vehicle and give me a test drive or call me back. Left voicemail with the internet sales manager and he did not call back or followup to show me the vehicle and give me a test drive or call me back. The dealership feels like an unhappy place and the approach is not one that demonstrates customer service. Typical example of why people don't like to buy cars. More
Rory said if you do not agree to price no point taking test ride within 15 mins of we walking into dealership. For every question asked about car, the answer was its best with no detail. It seems he took customer for granted and did not take any effort to understand / respond to our buying need of car. Very unprofessional and very bad attitude. More
I have been a customer with Regal since 1998 and as long as Steve Vaughn is the service manager, I will continue to purchase and have my car service there. Steve is a very kind person to work with. I trusted him in my last two purchases and any recommendations. He's thorough with explaining any problem and you don't feel like you are over charged. I have referred all of my friends and co-workers to Regal - service & purchases and they are very impressed of the service, no comparison to the other dealerships. More
I've owned three Nissan vehicles and have had all serviced at Regal. I have always found them to be friendly, professional, and trustworthy. I've never had to take back a car for re-work on an issu serviced at Regal. I have always found them to be friendly, professional, and trustworthy. Pricing is in line with what I'd expect from a dealer but I have a belief that no one knows how to fix a Nissan better than a Nissan dealer so I'm willing to pay a little more sometimes to get a higher level of expertise. At the end of the day, I don't look forward to going to the dealer for service, but Regal makes the experience quick, pleasant, and fair and I don't have to go back to fix what's already been fixed. I'd recommend an appointment versus just dropping by. More
I not only purchased my 2012 Altima from Regal, but I have used them for all service as well. I had used the dealership for service to my prior Nissan vehicle and the efficiency, courtesy and honesty of have used them for all service as well. I had used the dealership for service to my prior Nissan vehicle and the efficiency, courtesy and honesty of the service department was instrumental in my decision to purchase my new vehicle from them. I never wait long. I get the service I ask for without pressure to include other unnecessary service. I always get complete information on what was done, what was found, what might need to be done in the future and quick complete answers to any questions I might have. One visit with my prior vehicle, the service tech told me that they had replaced a part that was part of a recall. I knew nothing about it, wasn't having a problem, but they took care of it for me eliminating the need to return for the part replacement when Nissan notified me of the recall. I love my Nissan vehicles (been driving them since 1978, then Datsun). I don't believe there is a better made vehicle nor one that is as problem free as Nissan. That said, I don't believe there is a better dealership than Regal to take care of my car(s). To top it all off, I always get a complimentary wash and vacuum each time I take my car in!!! More

My husband and I came in for a new pathfinder and we worked with Mike O'Ryan since we had bought our previous car from him and it was a great experience. Mike took the time to understand our needs and wants and put us in a car that was perfect for our family and at a great deal. We ended up going with a used Armada and couldn't be happier. The whole process was smooth and easy. Mike took the time to really inform us on each car we looked at and not just go for the easy sale of the new car. I'm happy with my choice because he thoroughly went through all the details of each car to make sure we got the car that fit us best. If you want a no pressure, informative, easy to work with cars sales person Mike is the guy to see. More
