I was also relieved that they were not the typical pushy and dishonest car salesmen I've encountered in two other Nissan dealerships (Sutherlin and Carriage) I had visited before. Good price, good service, on time delivery Need to get my tires replaced, got a quote over the phone which was cheaper than others. Service was completed on time. Collision Repair- 3 weeks and counting I send my leaf for repair almost 3 weeks back. Insurance adjuster authorized repair 2 weeks back, Now Regal says further repair needed (more than cost I send my leaf for repair almost 3 weeks back. I am suffering with out a car, and there seems to be lack of communication or urgency to get this repaired. More
Excellent Maintenance Department Recently took my 2002 Nissan Pathfinder in for service and was so impressed with the every step of the process - little to no wait, friendly maintenan Recently took my 2002 Nissan Pathfinder in for service and was so impressed with the every step of the process - little to no wait, friendly maintenance coordinator, superior technical expertise in all aspects of vehicle maintenance by the mechanic, comfortable wait room and thorough review of every issue my older model Nissan was experiencing. The coordinator helped me choose the things that needed to be done now and the things that could wait 3-6 months or even a year. He made me aware and signed me up for their rewards program which saved me 10% and gave me points to spend on my next visit. I was provided a rental car as they proceeded to accomplish the work I requested. My vehicle was completed when promised and now purrrrrrs like a kitten at a competitive cost. I highly recommend the Regal Nissan Maintenance Team to get things done right, on time, and in a professional manner. More

The lease experience was smooth and painless, and my first bill was exactly what he said it would be. Most impressively, their offer was 25% lower than the next-lowest offer I found in the Atlanta area. I can't recommend them highly enough. More

From the time I walked in the door I got treated with respect and dignity. I never got talked down to or felt pushed. MJ, my sales person spent a lot of time working with me directly to make sure this was the vehicle I wanted and never asked why. Even the finance department were very friendly and didn't push to add additional products. Even found me some extra incentives for purchasing without me mentioning it. Additionally, the detail department really knows how to clean and detail a car. I have never seen a vehicle look so clean even while it is brand new. This was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership, Good job Regal! More
Nothing called customer service I know this delearship since some time and cannot think of any good things i can quote apart from poor experience. The service center has folks who donot know anything called Customer service. They talk with an attitude. And when it comes to price, they charge crazy. Everyone talks different things and you donot know who is correct. I am pretty unhappy with this dealership and want others to avoid if they can. I know at times you get linked to places like these even if you don't want (like I got stuck). More
PATHETIC Found a car, shoved out the door to "look at at home". Called me the next morning, we discussed price, trade in, etc. HE TOLD ME....."You've got a de Found a car, shoved out the door to "look at at home". Called me the next morning, we discussed price, trade in, etc. HE TOLD ME....."You've got a deal", bring the title, registration and check". HE set the time for us to be there. I asked if I could put earnest money on it, and he said, "OH, you don't need to do that", I'll call you if it starts to sell. ON the way there, he called and said "its about to sell", AGAIN I asked about earnest money. He said, "we can't do that, company policy.........unless, like....you know.....you were out of state or something and we knew you were coming in, then we could.". Seriously...out of state they will take earnest money, but after THEM calling ME, and saying " you have a deal", 15 min away and he sells the car out from under me, because its "company policy" not to take earnest money. In the future, if you ever decide to buy from these people, tell them you are out of state. Apparently the benefits are better and they care more than if you're local. I even told him, "you are one of the few car salesmen I've ever trusted", boy he made me eat those words. More

The process was seamless and only took about 2.5 hours from the time I arrived. I found the car I was interested in online. Called in to ensure it was still available. Informed Chandler that I would be there in 10 min. He had the car waiting for me, AC running. I loved the look of the 2011 Moonlight White Infiniti G37 Sedan. Nice rims and tinted windows. The inside was very nice and the ride was fantastic. I provided some preliminary info and the manager checked out my trade in. They gave me top dollar for my 2005 Buick Rendezvous with 141k miles on it. It was a well taken care of car. The financing was effortless and I never felt pressured. Very happy with my decision!! More
