I bought my 2022 RAV4 from Regal Lakeland recently. Being a used car, I was apprehensive about the condition but to my pleasant surprise, Regal team had it all cleaned up, oil changed and new tires. Willie, our sale rep, was patient and super helpful throughout the sales process. When I encountered a vehicle error, they stepped in to help resolve the issue. I was actually supposed to drive there for 2.5 hrs to get it fixed but their client-centric approach proved to be a life saver. They agreed to reimburse the cost without driving all the way down. 1 hr 45 over what I was told. 2 services were recommended that I have done Radiator flush and transmission fluid change. I had both those services done 10,000 miles ago.
