I had an issue with my tpms info on the dash board. I had no appt, it was at the end on the day and I was going passed Regal Kia. Regal Kia had a lot to offer for a pleasant service experience. The service itself was fast and efficient, and the waiting area was comfortable with great amenities like complimentary drinks and Wi-Fi. experience. They also impressed me by honoring coupons without any hassle and even included a free exterior wash with the service. The staff itself was friendly and professional. However, there were a couple of things that could be improved. First, it wasn't always clear upon arrival whether to stay in the car or get out. There wasn't always someone to greet me right away. Additionally, the drop-off and pick-up areas seemed to be in the same spot, which could lead to congestion when trying to leave if other customers were pulling in. Overall, Regal Kia provided a positive service experience, but a slight improvement to the arrival process and designated parking areas would make it even better. More
