The employees were nice. When I first came there for a recall campaign SC278 lasdt year. I was told that my vin number was not included in this campaign, I am handicapped and When I first came there for a recall campaign SC278 lasdt year. I was told that my vin number was not included in this campaign, I am handicapped and I needed the trunk to open so I can put my walker in my trunk. Beecause I needed the trunk to open I HAD to go someplace else to fix the trunk latch. I ended up paying $194.81 to get the latch fixed someplace else since my vin number was not included in this campaign. I was called to come back to Regal but I DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHY if I already gt the latch repaired. I JUST NEED MY MONEY REPLACED since my vehicle was not included at first when the campaign began.. It does not matter to place another after your employee said that the part was finally in. WAIST OF MY TIME!!! More
