The reason for the 3 star is that they did not look at my milage which was 104528. They only went by the website booking that said put your best guess, I put 115000 when they put the reminder sticker, they p milage which was 104528. Also, they did not wash the car like all the signs they had posted said they would do. Lastly, I had to ask to the inspection report at the end and they had to call the mechanic to send it over to be printed. Other than that, they were fast and polite. 1 hour for tire rotation and oil change. More

I will never buy another vehicle from regal again. I had a problem with the vehicle that I purchased, two weeks after. I called the salesman, to let him know the situation. I inquired about the warran I had a problem with the vehicle that I purchased, two weeks after. I called the salesman, to let him know the situation. I inquired about the warranty. He didn't want to help. He inferred that I was a lier. Hung up the phone on me. I called back and spoke with Chris Boswell ( very helpful ). Explained what happened, he told me to bring my vehicle in for service. I arrived at dealership. Spoke with Chris and asked to call the salesman in to find out why he hung up on me. The salesman came in, became defensive. Said he wasn't going to stand there and be belittled by me. When I only asked why he hung up on me and is that how you treat customers that just bought a vehicle from him. He said to me that he was going to call the police and have me arrested. That he had taped the conversation I had with him and that I got irate with him. I asked him to play the conversation that he taped. He got angry and told me I was going to jail. I said that is fine. Now I'm recording this incident. Unfortunately I hit the wrong button on my phone. Then I simply asked why he hung up on me. The salesman stated " because you're a clown." I asked what did you say. He exclaimed " I said you're a f---ing clown. By now I was bewildered. I said you're calling me clown. He proceeded to step back, reach in his pocket and he pulled out mace. I asked, oh now you are going to mace me? He replied, yes I am. And you are going to jail. Police showed up. Told me I wasn't going to jail. Thought the situation got a bit out of on control. I asked for the person who ran the dealership. A manager Sonny ( very nice person )was called. He explained to me that this is not how we treat customers. He and Chris worked to get me a loaner while they worked on my truck. I left. Picked my truck up later that day A week later my truck is back in the dealership to be worked on again.
