Poor communication between tech and service coordinator to the customer. Given the run around for two months trying to fix error codes that are common with Kia V6 engines. My vehicle needs a new engine seven years after being manufactured. I still owe $13,000 on the vehicle loan. My family is left with $6,000 in additional debt from trying to fix this vehicle at the Regal Kia Service Center and we're still not able to drive it. What a waste. More

Very happy with the service provided by Regal Kia service department in lakeland fl. Misty Osborne has been a great help with my Kia Sportage.
