The dealership isn’t the issue. It’s the company itself. I realize it’s not the dealership’s fault, but the issues we’ve had on this vehicle and the fact that we have made more trip It’s the company itself. I brought my Telluride in for a recall on a seat bracket issue. After 1 1/2 hours I was told you didn't have the parts needed. I have had good experiences with Regal Kia, Jeremy, up front is great, the shuttle driver, Paul. The service guys who have done the work on the car have been great. Horrible communication. They broke the side off my seat and didn't even tell me.
