We went to alot of dealerships we were looking for a new car for my wife,Regal kia sales staff from the salesman (chico) to the sales manager were very friendly and helpful.From the time we got there to the car for my wife,Regal kia sales staff from the salesman (chico) to the sales manager were very friendly and helpful.From the time we got there to the time we left.They showed us a lot of cars and answered alot of questions we had.They even stayed late so we could keep looking.We returned the next day and purchaced a 2010 kia soul.Everybody at dealership from the salesman to salesmanager,fiancemanager,to even the youngman who detailed the car for delivery treated us with respect and made it a enjoyable experence. I have sent several people there to buy there cars and will continue to do so.My wife and i have bought many new cars from other dealers and have not come away from them.The way we did from Regal KIA Feeling like we got a great deal.we will always keep coming back for our future car deals.I can't wait to see what kind of deal i can get on a new chevrolet truck since i found out they are the chevy dealer in town. I went in looking for a used Kia Sorento( about 2008) and walked away with the new 2011 Kia Sorento,which I just love the car. Chico and the other gentlemen were great. I didn't have to sit in a back room so walked away with the new 2011 Kia Sorento,which I just love the car. Chico and the other gentlemen were great. I didn't have to sit in a back room somewere while the salesman ran back and forth. They all worked with me to make a deal on my trade-in and the price of the new car that was both acceptible to the dealer and myself. I didn't have to spend all day and night sitting there waiting. They actually listened to what I had to say and they treated me with respect and dignity and I didn't walk away feeling like I had just been taken to the cleaners. I had previously taken my 2005 to this dealer for service and been treated so well so that's when I decided to go back when I decided to trade cars. I'm really glad I did. I have referred friends there and anybody that's makes a remark about how nice my new car is I tell them to go there, they are great to deal with. My daughter is looking for a car and I've told her to come over when she can and I've told Chico we'd be in to see him one of these days soon. Naureen Bodkin More

Went to the Kia lot on 916 Mass. went to look at a car sales person ran my credit with out my permission. went on test drive sales person asked me about credit issue he couldnt have known with out me tell sales person ran my credit with out my permission. went on test drive sales person asked me about credit issue he couldnt have known with out me telling him when we got back he had me fill out credit application before he would tell me the prices so i filled it out and didnt sign it but he still wouldnt tell me till i signed so I did I shouldnt have cause I knew he already pulled my credit he then told me an outragous price I picked up the credit application to take it with me he told me I couldnt have it I said that it was my proof that he pulled my credit with out my permission he said that i did sign and tried to show me this paper that he tried to get me to sign he saw no signature and said that he pulled it when I signed the paper I told him to call the police cause he wasnt going to get the paper the police came and said that I didnt have to give him the paper I told the officer what they did and he told me that they did need a copy of the paper I told them with that they can say they did get my permission he said that it was a not some thing that he could do anything. I went online and researched the company and found out that the owners of the dealership have been arrested several times with numerous charges I guess you have to be a crook to work for them. More
