The only disappointment was the amount of time it took to complete the sale. We were there about six hours, mostly waiting on paperwork. We sat down talk to him told him what we needed and wanted in a vehicle and he suggested a Kia Soul I laughed and said no way first I didn't think we could get a brand new car and didn't think I would like the soul. I was wrong I love it!! It was the perfect vehicle it had everything my wife wanted and is very comfortable and i am a big guy. Thank you to Justin and Regal for being the kind of car place where people are treated like they should be. More

Friendly and Professional Staff Our salesman, Steve Burgher, was courteous and attentive to our needs. He stepped us through all the (new to us) features in our Kia Sportage. He walked us through the Service Department and introduced us to several of the staff. Everyone there, from the receptionist on up, greeted us with a smile and an offer to assist. We were able to sit comfortably with a cup of coffee that Steve provided us with as we "talked figures" for our new car. I will be returning to Regal Kia the next time I'm in the market for another vehicle. Meanwhile, I coujldn't be happier with my new Kia Sportage with all its' bells and whistles (heated seats, back up camera, etc.). More

HELPING OUT MY DAUGHTER I live in South Florida but my daughter goes to school @ Southeastern University there in Lakeland. When she was headed back to school from the Chris I live in South Florida but my daughter goes to school @ Southeastern University there in Lakeland. When she was headed back to school from the Christmas break she ran over something in the road and damaged her tire. She took it to a tire store there in town and they tried to sell her a off brand tire for almost $200.00. So I called Regal and spoke with Clayton in the parts department and he got her the matching factory tire for just over $100.00. THANK YOU Clayton and Derrick in service for taking care of a out of town college student. GREAT SERVICE AND THANKS FOR DOING THE RIGHT THING. A very thankful Dad!!!!! More
Great Dealership Tom Young was a great salesman, he took his time explaining most of the features of the 2015 Sedona, and was patient and took us around the lot to vie Tom Young was a great salesman, he took his time explaining most of the features of the 2015 Sedona, and was patient and took us around the lot to view the available inventory. Once we settled on a vehicle, he was attentive, and mindful of our time constraints (2 kids in daycare needing to be picked up). Cris was also very helpful and nice, and corrected a mistake in the trade in value when we pointed it out to him. The only rough spot was when we had to go back a few days later to sign some revised paperwork. We showed up for an appointment with Ken in the Chevy building. I had told him we would be there by 5pm, and when we arrived, we were told by a man on the raised platform in the dealership that he would be "5 minutes", and he would tell Ken we were there. Over an hour later (with 2 restless toddlers), Ken came out of his office, and when I told him we had been waiting over an hour, he apologized and said he had not been told we were there. We finally got everything done, very quickly after entering Ken's office, and the only remaining disappointment was that we couldn't add the free maintenance agreement with our financing. Not Regal's fault, I assume... Overall, a good experience, and we will be back when it's time to buy another car. More

2015 Optima Lease I was thoroughly pleased with the sales experience; Justin was more than helpful in all aspects. Now that I am in the process of changing my insurance I was thoroughly pleased with the sales experience; Justin was more than helpful in all aspects. Now that I am in the process of changing my insurance coverage over to the new vehicle. I am slightly disappointed in the finance officers clarification of the insurance requirements of a leased vehicle. I went in to this lease knowing what I could afford; I can chalk this experience up to my failure to understand the details of a lease option. I just think that the insurance requirements to enter in to a lease option should have been explained in more detail; had it been explained in more detail I would probably have stepped back and researched my insurance options before closing the deal. I do however hold myself accountable for not completely understanding the requirements. I would caution anyone thinking of a lease option to understand all fees; including taxes, maintenance and insurance coverage. I would however recommend Lakeland Regal Kia for any of their car buying needs; just understand the language. More
