Never actually call when the parts come in like they say they will. Don’t listen to customers. We told them that we had an idea of what was wrong with my car and instead of listening to us they ordered a pa they will. Don’t listen to customers. So now they have ordered another part that I would almost bet still won’t fix my car! I don’t have the time to continually drop my car off. We have 5 kids so it’s not like I can have them take me anywhere. Not do I have an extra vehicle that will fit all of my children safely. This place is a joke More

I waited hours with no communication about my car. Until I went to the front to ask just to find out my car had not been taken care of. They were waiting for a warranty approval that had not been done Until I went to the front to ask just to find out my car had not been taken care of. 12/19/24 I came in for them to check my vehicle, I was told would take 2 hrs. After 2 hrs past & me checking on it; i found out that they had not even taken it back to look at. I was informed that I could told would take 2 hrs. After 2 hrs past & me checking on it; i found out that they had not even taken it back to look at. I was informed that I could leave it or bring back the next day at 7:00 am. Brought it on 12/20/24 & left it. I received a call from Jeremy that my vehicle was ready; I waited an hour before going to get it. When I got there, I was given the paperwork to sign, but no key. It took them over a hour to find it & it had not been worked on at all. I had to wait another 2 hours. Even then when they finished & parked it; it was still another 30 minutes before it was found in the parking lot. The problem was from 7/26/24; that was supposed to be fixed back then. I again want to thank the shuttle driver for locating it both times. More
