Despite my attempts to contact them via phone and email, I have received no acknowledgment or assistance in resolving the problem. This lack of follow-up reflects poorly on their customer service and commitment to buyer satisfaction. A reputable dealership should prioritize addressing customer concerns, especially after a significant purchase like a car. I strongly urge Regal Kia Lakeland to improve their communication and responsiveness to ensure future customers don’t face similar frustrations.
